I am so tired of ordering food from fast food places and spending high dollar and can’t get good service. I did a mobile order and put that I wanted salt and pepper packets and got none. We ordered French toast sticks and got no syrup. When the lady brought us our food I asked (because last time it was not in there) if the salt and pepper was in the bag, she said the mayo was in there. So I asked for salt and pepper. She walked away and did not ever come back. So my daughter walked up to ask for a straw for her shake thinking the lady would bring out the salt and pepper but no salt and pepper. So I walked up to ask for the syrup, salt and pepper and when they came out I got the sryup and pepper but no salt. Terrible service, so disappointed.

This sonic is absolutely embarrassing to even order from. Unprofessional. Food always missing. You order a drink and don’t expect to get a straw. They try to keep the food you order so they can (waste it and just be able to eat it) I reckon. Bc I go back to get my burger that wasn’t in my bag didn’t even say what stall I was on or nothing when I’m asked what they can do for me I say give me the rest of my food and they bring out the burger with bare hands!!!!! No gloves !!!! I WORK WITH FOOD AND AM SERV SAFE CERTIFIED. THIS IS RIDICULOUS

Just a heads up if you could picture a dumpster then set it on fire. this is how my cheese burger looked. I’m not even sure there was 1 whole patty on this burger when I ordered a double patty burger. Looked like some one scrapped it off the floor put it in a box. Also my tots are cold. I live 2 min from this location and I would gladly drive out of my way to a different location.

Disappointment at Sonic in Chickamauga GA, I ordered in stall #12 today to my surprise I had to wait 20 minutes for 2 drinks and an Egg & Cheese breakfast wrap.
I guess I should have gone through the drive thru. After seeing other cars pull up after me and getting their food brought to a stall behind me.
I guess it’s a hit or miss with all of the Sonic’s. My suggestion is just waiting in the drive thru till they bring it to the window so it doesn’t get lost ☹️

I bought a Sonic blast from here and it was the best one I’ve had in a long time! They actually put a lot of butterfinger pieces in it which theu normally a stingy with. The service was also very friendly and they were quick!
