So it took me over an hour to place two different orders on their Domino’s app and I still have no idea if it gave me my rewards points because it’s not showing on my end and then I couldn’t use my card and then it charged me on my cash app and then I did the curbside pick up and then was given the wrong order And had to go back!!

BEST pizza EVER! So serious. BBQ chicken pizza w bacon, pineapple and 4 other toppings Labor Day deal was so good I ordered another pizza with pepperoni, sausage, spinach, feta, onions, gr peppers and banana peppers. The order was ready when promised, the store was clean and the crew was nice and efficient. I live 3 minutes from another popular pizza restaurant and will drive the extra 12 minutes for better pizza. The ONLY down side is when paying with a card there’s no place for a tip and no tip jar. When everyone now is asking for a tip to perform regular retail task, Domino’s in Amherst actually deserves one!

Dominoes is no exception! They have always had our order ready on the faster end of the estimated ready time. Our orders have always been right. The employees are easy-going. Atmosphere is alright, given it’s not much of a sit-down restaurant.

I order pizza 1 Saturday a month when doing rescue duty. Everytime I order it is an issue. Was only 3 orders on board when I went in at 11:25. Was told 30 minutes it’s 12:05 ! Went in they just put my pizza in the oven. Was told to call order in for time pick up or do online order. My order was 3 pizzas and garlic knots. They know me and I get a hard time everytime. Is there a phone number I can call. If they are busy they don’t answer phone.I have drove here for 39 minutes and still on hold when I get here.

Our pizza was delicious. The chicken wings looked delicious, perfectly cooked however when you bit into it, you bit into squishy fat like it wasn’t cooked and little bones in the meat. We were unable to eat them. But like I said the pizza was just right and delicious.

Horrible customer service. They messed up the original pizza and didn’t contact me before I arrived. I requested it to be walked two doors down when it was finished and the refused to help me. Cancelled my order and won’t order from this location again. There was 3 employees working. There was no reason they couldn’t have walked my pizza next door.

I was asked to leave so floor could be swept. Hadn’t been swept before I got there. And had to clean my own table. Since when do we ask customers to leave so floors can be swept. And it isn’t closing time.
