Excellent dirty martini – 2 nights in a row. I tried the bean soup and the beet salad and both were really elegant and tasty. I’ve been staying at the Billy for at least 5 years now and it’s always a fun experience and the food keeps getting better.

Ish Kitchen is such a great spot. The food was genuinely excellent — thoughtful, comforting, and really well done — and the people working there were warm, friendly, and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming.
The vibe is what really sets it apart though. It’s retro and chill in the best way, stylish without feeling forced, and relaxed enough that you want to linger for another drink. It feels like a place that knows exactly what it is and executes it confidently.

This was our second visit, the menu is small and eclectic and the items are all fantastic. The grape leaves were grilled which I loved, the black bean soup had great flavor, the salad with manchego cheese was light with perfect dressing and walnuts really pulled it all together, we also got the bento box and chicken shawarma- all excellent. The atmosphere is great with the unique decor… absolutely worth checking out!

But, the thing I like best about the Ish Kitchen is that there always seems to something new and tasty, which keeps me coming back for more.

This is such a gem. I’m so glad we found it! Excellent cocktail, super yummy grape leaves, and the chicken quesadilla with jalapeño sour cream was so yummy. Atmosphere was so fun too.

I enjoyed another wonderful meal choosing one of their new menu items. Mica, the newly promoted assistant manager, was behind the bar and did a great job. Kitchen staff provided a tasty meal in a in a timely effort even with a restaurant full of patrons and hotel guests. Great job TBH team!

Had a really nice meal here. The food was fresh and tasty, and the vibe was relaxed and easygoing. Service was friendly, and everything just felt simple and well done. A great spot to grab a bite whether you’re staying at The Billy or just stopping by.
