I’m here for the first time today. The atmosphere and service were great. A very nice Pacific islander vibe to it. I ordered Pad Thai and a Kapow Roll. The roll was very tasty, loaded with flavors, and HUGE! As for the Pad Thai, It was pretty dry but the flavors were there. The Pad Thai being dry kind of made my rating drop from 5 to 4. If the noodles weren’t so dry, this would be my go to place.

Updated: spoke to the owner. He was very understanding and accommodating. He explained that the saltines was from the fish sauce that they’re using, and that may differ from my usual palate. He also offered a substitute and I picked Honey Chicken which is the popular item here. The honey chicken was very delicious and definitely worth coming back for.
First time trying out food at Kapow and I ordered Drunken Noodles as recommended by the cashier (for $14, it doesn’t come with any protein, just a little bit of veggies). All I can taste is salt, not even the spiciness or other spices.

It was all rice only a little bit of veggies, and the veggies were extremely low Quality the pods Did not have their stems removed which made them impossible to eat. I ate one and I had an upset stomach, and then there were random stems mixed in with the veggies. Booths Corner location.

I had the fried rice with chicken, horrible, it was very dry and seems like burned. Not a good flavor. I also had the kapow roll, and it was soaking wet, i understand is fried… but still, this was too much…seems that they don’t change their oil often, the smell or the roll was not good. I did not finish the food. The quantity is enough for 2 people, but the quality of the food is pretty bad.
Judge for the pics, but you will not be pleased eating here.

We purchased 3 Kopow rolls. They were delicious. They are on the bottom level of Booth Corners. Will definitely be back. A must-have.

Got food from their food truck and it was disappointing. I got the general kapow chicken lo mein bowl. The chicken tasted good. They were like chicken nuggets tossed in a sauce. The lo mein was the most disappointing part, it was plain boiled noodles with a layer of the general tso sauce placed on top. I wouldn’t call this lo mein.

I am obsessed with Kapow Kitchen. My boyfriend and I come here almost every weekend since we discovered it It’s downstairs on the lower level, so don’t miss it. They have tons of vegetarian options, and they really don’t mess around when it comes to spice. I usually order the drunken noodles, but this time I switched it up and ordered the Seoul Bowl (pictured). The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend going out of your way to give it a try.

Amazing food, amazing service!!!! My coworkers and I have a Kapow Friday ritual. We come here once a week and look forward to it. The food is phenomenal! It makes it hard for me to be able to enjoy Thai food anywhere else now, LOL. Jody and Wit are amazing people and are part of the experience. You will not be let down! They have a food truck that runs during the summer as well which I have not been able to check out but I hear great things about it too.
Kapow Kitchen is expanding too!! They now have a meal prep area for “Kapow Fit” (healthy to go or make it home meals),a dessert bar and they are Open during the week for carry out!!
Getting better all the time! Check then out on Facebook for the latest menus and for the food truck locations!

I love going here every weekend! Chef Wit truly loves what he’s doing and shows that in the quality of the food. The Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and Pad Khi Mao “drunken noodles” are all amazing noodle entrees that I recommend to anyone trying Kapow Kitchen for the first time.
I also recommend getting the kapow roll because it’s probably the best type of “egg roll” that I’ve had. I’ve also had the honey chicken which was cooked to perfection and just made me want more and more.
You can choice your level of spice so if you like spicy food this place is a must and even if you don’t like spicy food you can opt for no spice and all that delicious taste is still there!
If you have never been to Kapow Kitchen I recommend you go! You will not be disappointed!
