Tried placing a delivery order, states the store is open but I guess the app isn’t working. Called the store several times to place an order and not once did I get a “hello” or “please hold.” Just put on hold or not answering the phones whatsoever. I understand it’s busy and the holiday season is around the corner but good customer service goes a looooong ways. SMH

Placed an order 40mins before closing, and while I was getting ready to pick it up, I went to check if it was ready and the order tracker said it was canceled, tried calling and no one answered. Only name I got was from whoever was supposedly making it. Some guy name Marcus, must be a new guy, I came here several times before and don’t recall someone named that before. My fiancé, placed an order the night before and was also canceled without reason. Never doing business with them again, I don’t know what’s going on in this location the last couple days but customer service has been beyond subpar.

My husband ordered a pizza cheese and pepperoni in Saint Pauls NC. He got home and low and behold there was no cheese and way to much sauce plus it looked over cooked . I called and this guy hangs up on me twice. So I called him back on my cell phone where he put me on hold. I told him there was no cheese on my pizza and he said we said we didn’t want cheese so I said they ask my husband if he wanted extra cheese and he said no. This guy kept arguing with me about my husband ordered it with no cheese , this went on to long so I hung up. He was out right rude.
