I absolutely LOVE everything about Estia Taverna!!! I’ve only been there a handful of times , but it’s always perfect. Even take out is delicious! Most places when you take out food, the food doesn’t taste as good when you are eating it fresh out of the kitchen, but Estia’s is just as good. I highly recommend trying it.

To start, the service was on point with Reagan at the helm.

The food was fantastic and I mean wow!

They served each appetizer separately. The crab cakes, meatballs, Saginaki and shrimp were all amazing.

Fresh ingredients for sure and the kitchen cares about the food and what it looks like when served.

The Old fashioned from the bar proved the bartender cared as much as the cooks.

I can’t recommend this place enough.

DON’T MISS THIS PLACE…YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Very nice place for a meal, I had a seafood tower, was excellent with lobster and real crab meat, estia chips was very refreshing with the taziki sauce. The octopus was beyond my expectations!!! A must try for anyone! And lastly I had the lamb chops with roasted potatoes instead of the fries which i recommend! Lamb was 10/10!

If you’re searching for a memorable Greek-Mediterranean dining experience in South Jersey, Estia Taverna in Marlton is a true standout. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a warm, stylish setting that feels both refined and comfortably inviting — perfect for date nights, celebrations, or a relaxed dinner with friends.

The menu delivers fresh, vibrant flavors inspired by classic Greek cuisine. Guests rave about their whole grilled fish, wood-grilled meats, and generous meze plates that are ideal for sharing, with favorites like grilled octopus, spanakopita, and lamb chops consistently coming highly recommended.

Service here is consistently attentive and friendly, helping guide you through the menu and offer great pairing suggestions — and while the restaurant can get lively during peak times, that bustling atmosphere only adds to the fun and makes it feel like a real night out.

Whether you’re popping in for happy hour drinks, indulging in a multi-course dinner, or planning a special occasion, Estia Taverna delivers quality, atmosphere, and flavors that bring the spirit of the Mediterranean right to Marlton.

Made reservations for 8:30, party of 2, celebrating my birthday. Cool. We walk in, and stand waiting to be seated. We get to our table, and begin with ordering 1 beer (Yard House Pale Ale) and 1 mixed drink, and an appetizer. Our waitress (Reagan B.) comes over with the mixed drink and some other brand of beer that wasn’t what I had ordered. She cracked the can open, began pouring the beer, and a few seconds into the pour she realized that she gave me the wrong beer. Not to make a fuss I said it was okay and I’ll just take the now opened beer. Then she takes our order and I get the moussaka and the wife orders a pasta and to add chicken. 10-15mins go by and then Reagan comes back to the table to inform me that they ran out of the moussaka, and that I’ll have to order something else. Feeling rushed and not given any suggestions I said it’s fine I’ll just have the same pasta my wife ordered and to add chicken to that as well. 10-15mins go by and the pasta arrives, and neither pasta has chicken. Reagan comes by after the food is dropped off to the table and I asked her did the food have chicken and she embarrassingly replied that they didn’t and she felt bad about it. Then next round of drinks will be on her thanks I guess. At this point I’m pretty upset and I am just trying to keep it together. I tell her don’t worry about bringing the chicken, and 10mins later this measly thin piece of chicken with some sort of gravy comes to the table. I tell her to take it back and off the bill because at this point I’m ready to get takeout boxes and leave. I ask for the check and she says she has birthday cookies and I said if she can just give them to me in a box to go, I appreciate that. She comes out with these cookies on a plate and a candle. I put the candle out and reject the offer to take a picture because I was upset with the poor service we had received by the point. After it was all said and done, I accepted that this would be the first and last time I come here.

It was my first time there. I go to many Mediterranean restaurants, so I can say this wasn’t my top 10. First thing we ordered sparkling water. And the waiter was definitely not sure if we can pay for it…because it was $8…like it made us feel unwelcome.
We had two appetizers. One was sup tartare and I can tell you you need to cut fish in a smaller pieces. Salad with 5 PCs of beetroots and mad arugula for $16…was overpriced.
But main dish…was tuna with spinach. So you have 5 slices of tune and enormous amount of spinach…

Our bill was around $200. We tipped $50
But this is definitely not a place for us where we felt unwelcome.

But if you happen to go there, definitely order lamb chops

My wife & I came here last night for an early birthday dinner for her & we couldn’t have been more pleased with everything.

Our server, Golf, made the night even more enjoyable with her friendly, knowledgeable & professional manner. As well, she brought out a complimentary dessert for my wife along with a candle. That was very appreciated.

The food was clean, delicious, & thoroughly enjoyable. Estia is always a top notch place & somewhere everyone should think of for a special occasion or just a night out.
