The guy behind the counter was extremely friendly and walked me through the menu. I appreciate that the food was actually spicy; even a ‘medium’ chicken sandwich was what most would consider very spicy. Unless you truly love spicy food, as I do, I would not order above medium.

BIRDCODE is definitely one of the elevated chicken places in the area. It is a cut above the Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, KFC level. Each order is made fresh, and their heat levels are on point. If you are here and considering the milkshake – just do it, you won’t regret it. It’s a vibe being here. Good music, open seating, a true experience. We did wait for a bit, but the food was made fresh and the staff were incredibly polite.

Nice and clean place! Nico, who took our order at the register, was nothing short of amazing. He made sure we had a good experience and even recommended the best for us. I had the chicken tenders with “medium” heat and it was pretty spicy! Loved them with the ranch. Also, Had the shake fries with that good sweet sauce and I was complete! Thank you Nico for helping with everything and being so kind and patient. Will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my meal I ordered a Tenders in Mild and Fries. The tenders were juicy and the mild packs a punch so if you’re not ready, I suggest the naughty neighbor with country code bites, there’s a party in every bite. Country tenders and shake fries for the kid.

I really enjoy the food here generally, but I’ve encountered some troubling issues. On two separate occasions, I’ve found foreign objects in my meals—first, a strand of hair, and more recently, a small piece of torn paper IN my sandwich. Who knows how much I ate before I noticed. I’m genuinely frustrated that no one has responded to my initial complaint about the hair, despite reaching out. I’ve never experienced such repeated problems at other restaurants. This situation makes me question the cleanliness and quality standards here. Additionally, the lack of response from management or staff after I’ve tried to follow up indicates a concerning disregard for customer feedback.
