I can not comment on the atmosphere or service as we ordered take out. The food was ready on time and hot. That is about the only good thing I really have to say. Over priced frozen food. We got 3 different sauces on our boneless wings and they all tasted the same. The fries were fine, frozen fries tossed in cajun seasoning. The amount you get $4 is a little sad. Overall we were unimpressed.

We thought the food was good not great ! I would give it another try. I did enjoy the cheesesteak!

1 big recommendation though… PLEASE put some seasoning on your fries. I saw another review said you might as well not serve them and I agree.

I haven’t even received my food however I will not be back strictly due to customer service. We walked in as first time customers and when we were told the our total was over $100 to feed 4 people, we were rightfully a little shocked. A comment was made amongst my family about the price, but we paid the bill. The woman who took our order proceeded to huff, slam our receipt on the counter and proceed to go to the kitchen and start yelling about “they’re out there complaining about the price, it’s not like it’s my fault.” We never said anything of the sort. We were polite, respectful, and very disappointed by the behaviour displayed from a small business, who needs the support of the community.

I got the catfish dinner and it was Yummy!
My side choices of a side salad and fries were also spot on – included a drink as well!
Will definitely be coming back and sharing my good experience with others.

I got the Double American Burger with bacon. My husband got the Chicken Club Sandwich. We also got Fried Pickles for an appetizer.
My burger was delicious and was devoured.
My husband said the Chicken Club was good but not great.
The fried pickles were missing ranch for dipping but still delicious.

Ordered the 25 bone in wing platter with 2 apatizers online get there pick up the order on the way home we notice their boneless and call the store and ask if we can correct it, their response was we will call u back in ten minutes, they call back and say the best they can do is refund me in 2 days when the manager comes back,so we call the other location try to place an order as the lady on the phone had told us we could order their and when placing the order by phone tells us they are out of wings so we go on with our day, on the way home from that we get a call asking if we had placed a 50peice order online as the stores system was still taking orders even when they are out of wings and you pay online with the order. (this was at 5 pm on new years eve night)

Ordered a large order. The catfish dinner had bones in it. Called & told them about it. They said they would have to talk to the owner about a refund. Left my name & number. A week later the company they buy their fish from ( in Mississippi) had 2 people contact me by phone & was very apologetic. They even sent a letter in the mail apologizing & a small gift card. I went back into the Troy location & asked why I haven’t been contacted by their store or haven’t gotten a refund. The girl said they were waiting to see what the vendor was going to do. They fried fish for the owner right after this happened & he found bones in 2 pieces also. They said they have since changed vendors. I still had to ask for a refund & they finally gave me one. I only wanted refunded for the fish dinner. Pretty sad when they pass your name & phone number to a vendor instead of handling it themselves & still had to go in a pretty much beg for a refund!!!!!!

So this place is eh.
Ordered 6pc hot wings and got just one leg and the rest wings, chewy skin ones. How about a little variety? Thanks for the extra one I guess.

The fries, while plenty of them, unseasoned; might as well not have been served. Haven’t tried the burger yet. The way it’s looking it may be the first and last time I have their food. Not even a close comparison to the honey badger grill, bring them back!

Update: had the burger, and you guessed it. As bad as the chewy wings and unseasoned fries. No flavor in the burger. How do you mess up a burger this bad?!
