I advise against visiting this location due to a disappointing experience. I was charged $42 for a 12-piece chicken tender meal deal, despite being informed by the shift leader, “Liab,” that half of the menu was unavailable and that no biscuits would be provided. The meal deal is supposed to come with at least 3 sides, all he gave me was fries. Upon checking the Popeyes app, I discovered that the same meal deal was priced at $25 and came with more food & 4 drinks, but the staff refused to honor this price. Consequently, I paid double the amount for way less food. If you are in the area and seeking a meal, I recommend avoiding this location to prevent being overcharged.

I’ve always loved Popeyes, but this location seems like they really took their time to perfect. The color scheme of the building were a unique touch since previous models/locations are honestly forgettable.
The drive thru cashier was very professional for a fast food establishment. The food was ready as soon as we paid, and it remained hot on our drive home. Food was seasoned very well, just as you would expect fresh Popeyes food to taste.
Will definitely frequent here again. I hope they are able to maintain the level of customer service that we experienced today.

I’ve eaten from here several times. Yesterday I placed an order online for pick up. The Mac & cheese tasted weird like plastic but I thought maybe it was my taste buds. My daughter then asks does anyone want her Mac bc she didn’t like it. I asked her if she thought it tasted weird and she said yes…she felt like it tasted like chemicals. My husband agreed so I we threw it away. However, my daughter has had an upset stomach since last night. Idk what’s going on with this location but I’m completely turned off at this point…

Great customer service. Included Wet Napkin. Frozen lemonade machine works. Bun has no mold and isn’t smashed. Food tastes fresh. By far, the best Popeyes experience in 6/7 years.

I was driving through and make the order today today. The employee (Baheer MG) is really rude. I ordered 10 pieces of chicken combos, and asked whether I could switch breast to thigh. The employee said no with very mean tone. And I asked that I made same change before. And he said with strong ironical tone ‘you got it last time doesn’t mean you could get it this time’. I was like ???. You could say it is due to policy or something else but definitely not this way. I have to drive another 10 mins to another store and made same order with no issue…… And I’m surprised that he is supervisor. Either train your employee how to be friendly to customers or have same standard across broad. Thanks
