I had a mobile order for just a cheese danish. It was 10 minutes late because they just kept talking behind the counter. When I finally got their attention I got my pastry within 20 seconds. Why was it so late?

1st visit: My drink was “stolen”? Took another 12 minutes to get a replacement. Place was a mess.
2nd visit was better: Drink came up on time barista was friendly. Place was still a mess.
Seating is weird and crowded. I can see how it would be hard to keep it seeming to be neat.

Incredibly busy spot, if you’re approaching on Main St, it may be best to park on the street. That being said, for such a crazy busy place, my mobile order was ready earlier than the app estimate and my food and drink were very well prepared.

Starbucks is Starbucks. This location is no exception. It’s always crowded and a little loud. The drinks are great, but obviously on the pricier side. Same thing for the prepared food. I would not recommend going here anytime after 2:00 during the school year. It will be mobbed with kids from the local schools.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I’m a regular customer on my way into work every morning. The staff is super friendly & knows me. But what really won me over was when my son had an accident on his bike. He went in to the bathroom to wash his arm off. The manager saw him injured & got his first aide kit out & bandages his arm up. This was so kind & such a hometown feel, even though it’s a chain.

I picked up two bags of ground-on-request Starbucks Reserve coffee for breakfast and to serve to holiday guests. Their service was quick and friendly. The Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and ham and cheese croissant did not disappoint.

This chain has such a positive, helpful atmosphere. The staff was kjnd and courteous, and everybody was very polite. I would highly recommend going here! In the winter, coffee or hot chocolate is even more delicious! This is definitely, in my opinion, a five star place. Also, their peppermint hot chocolate is amazing!
