With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.

Ordered a blended drink with a bagel& cream cheese. The drink was decent. The bagel was stale& I didn’t receive my cream cheese. The service was sub par. A bit disappointing as we’re new to the area and are looking for good places to support.

Today was my first time trying this place, and I was pleased surprised, the coffee is very good and not too sweet, I tried the Mexi Mocha which was great. The muffin top was also great.

Came here because it had a fun name (The Human Bean). It lived up to its name (The Human Bean) because it was certainly staffed by humans. Staff was kind and each drink came with an espresso bean covered in white chocolate. A nice lesbian customer complimented Claire’s overalls. Possible love connection in Huntington? Dropped off Claire’s donations at the Good Will nearby. Maya wanted a sticker and they looked for one for a good 5 minutes, but never found one. A+ for effort!

My wife very much enjoys the coffee here! While I am not much of a coffee drinker myself I do enjoy the other products they offer such as their frozen hot chocolate and energy drinks! I also very much enjoyed their spinach and feta cheese croissant. The people that work here are also super nice!
