The service is so unpersonalble now days. The prices go up and the size of everything going down. The large drinks are the size of the old medium drinks now. The large fries are filled with a collapsible box so the don’t fill them all the way now. This makes it look like your getting a large but it is not much more then a small if any. The burger boxes are smaller so you don’t realize the burgers are smaller. The great American shrinkage. Prices going higher and higher. I ordered extra pickles and paid for them and only got 3 pickles. What A rip off!

It’s okay. Hit or miss with quality across the board. Kitchen used to smell like weed and the workers were unprofessional… But I did not notice that problem this last time I visited. Orders are frequently wrong, but was pleasantly surprised this last time when it was correct. Will I stop using it? I might try a few more times to see if the improvements are permanent or if improvements were a one-off.
But, if I have a choice I will use another McDonald’s…. There’s a good one not too much further south on i-49 and an excellent one off of University just north of I-10.

The older lady at the first window with short hair is sooooo rude, abrasive, smart mouthed, and sarcastic. And to top it off I didn’t get part of my order. The person that took my order got it wrong, the lady at the window was rude because I had to change my order since the first person got it wrong, and then the person that packaged my meal got it wrong. Everyone that touched my order got it wrong somehow.

One of the only fast food places available in sunset and it continues to decline in every way. Got home after getting curbside only to realize we were missing a cheese burger. Not the first time I’ve been missing something from my order so whatever. Go to eat the nuggets, it’s like the batter was different or something and definitely under cooked. Won’t be back! I’ll make the drive to Carencro or Opelousas before I waste my money here again.

There’s no doubt in my mind that most of these ratings are bots.The service has only been declining in the past couple years. The workers are becoming increasingly rude unless you are there before lunch . I love the morning crew but once it is lunch time the food and service is horrible. It seems like the workers in the morning are the only ones that really care . Almost every time I get something in the afternoon from there it is either raw or they missed something from my order! It’s insane how long they’ve been doing this for .

Service is terrible. For simple McMuffins they always make you pull up and wait . This morning I was not happy about having to pull up . Pulled up very upset so the woman with wavy long wig from the service window came several times delivering to all other cars that had to pull up after us giving them their orders. At this point my husband and I realize that she is proving a point that she made us wait. Well this is not the first time things like this has happened but I can assure you that we will never ever step foot in the location of McDonalds again.
