An enjoyable visit to a more traditional Italian restaurant and dining experience.

I kept it simple, I got the spaghetti and meatballs. Our waitress was great and was juggling no fewer than six tables – but she didn’t skip a beat.

I know you will enjoy your stop at the Mulberry Cafe.

Restaurant was very quaint, and had a somewhat older traditional style to it. Service was excellent and the owner took extra care to make sure everything was great with the food and service alike. They specialize in Italian dishes. Full bar also exists.

The environment felt as though we were having dinner in a friend’s dining room as the staff was all very friendly and attentive. We were sat almost immediately. My girlfriend lives locally, but this was my first time dining here, and I will soon be back.

The owner caught me looking at a tribute that was at the bar and explained that it was for an employee (her best friend) that was loved by many and had passed away unexpectedly. The owner maintains the tribute with fresh flowers weekly. They are a small restaurant with large hearts that express how much they care about their community and employees alike.

What a rude staff in this old establishment. They definitely dont care about new customers. Asked about the Cosmo and the grumpy old man behind the bar said ” you can get it or not” with no enthusiasm. Poured me a beer and left. Hopefully he doesn’t deal with alot of customers.

Ended up with the Philly cosmo which was really good and a staple sandwich in the Williamsport area. Asked them to make melt cheese on my fries. Grumpy old man’s answer was “Nope!” and walked away.

Would I recommend, probably not. Once the regulars die off so will this place.

Management needs to pay more attention to their workers and who they allow to greet their customers .

The worst dining experience I have ever had. The food was cold and the service was terrible. Had to flag someone down after 20 minutes to get a drink. Food came 11/2 hours after we sat down. Three different waitresses walked by us and never even acknowledged our wait. Will not be going back.

This is my wife’s favorite place to eat. We went here on a date tonight. The service was excellent and so was the food. Great portions and very reasonable pricing. Very good service. Highly recommend you have a reservation on Friday night. A Williamsport classic with excellent food and a great friendly atmosphere.

Sauce too watery. Chicken on salad had no flavor. Atmosphere is a little drab. Service was good for the most part. Probably wouldn’t go back.

The last time we went to Mulberry Street cafe( January 2023) we had reservations at 5:45. They were busy and we weren’t seated until 6. No problem. Ordered quickly and had a delicious meal. At 6:35 a blonde woman came to take our dishes away and said she would get our check. I said I would like to see the dessert menu and she replied “ We really need to turn this table “ we ordered dessert to go , which was delicious, but we felt so unwelcome there that I don’t see us going back.
