It’s Burger King. You’re either a fan or you’re not. I prefer them over McDonalds any day. This location is pretty new and inside of WalMart. It actually replaced McDonalds. Go figure. First time I have been to this location and the reason it gets 3 stars is they forgot 2 things in my order. Luckily I checked my bags before I left or I would have had some upset kids at home. Regardless of being new, how hard is it to check the receipt to the bags. Hope they train the staff to check the bags better. Gonna have to give it awhile before I go back and see how they do next time.

Horrible Service tonight the manager with black and blonde and little green in her hair has a horrible attitude when I try to order she just told me kiosk is open and when I try to use my offer the system says close and the manager said with horrible attitude that we closed at 8:30 it on the door and refused to help me and got really snarky with me I will address this with her manager she shouldn’t be treating customers like this and I come here often with my wife to order food

Only went as had to wait while my car was serviced at Walmart.
Iced coffee was 3/4 full, tables were all dirty, they did clean one table when I asked, but left the others.
Impossible Burger was lukewarm at best.

Complete and total waste of a building, this “restraunt” is a poorly managed and staffed with inept workers. Management at this location doesn’t keep the equipment working. Will not help customers in a timely fashion. I had tonwait 10 min for a refund. When they charged full fountain drink prices and tried to give me a retail can of coke and sprite.

This Burger King has decent food, but they don’t understand what closing time means. If you approach this joint at 8pm most of their services is non-existent. This isn’t a one-time issue this happens every time I show up there, and I’m a local. The soda machines are put up, themeat is put up, The ice cream machines are closed. Tonight happened to be a supervisor named Layla who allowed her staff to actually close at 8:00 so they can sit around and do nothing till 8:30. There were no sodas, there was no ice cream… Not this particular night but I’ve been there where I couldn’t get the burger that I wanted because they didn’t have that meat cooked I had to take another one. These people need to learn what the hell closing time is! If you close at 8:30 that’s when you start shutting your machines down not being lazy trying to steal a half hour from some damn franchise owner The soda these idiots provided me tonight was a lukewarm can Dr pepper instead of a cold fountain drink…. If you can avoid this place avoid it!

Very bad experience at the restaurant. Manager was very rude, and disrespectful towards me even though I’m handicapped. Told me to come back in two hours for my order. He complained like if he was on his period or something. I gave a star just because the review didn’t allowed me to post without it. They don’t deserve any. Instead they should be happy that they are still open. Also they should be grateful that they have the chance to work, there’s so many people unemployed and looking for a job without any luck. In the end, I canceled my order because my blood pressure started going up and I had a major heart surgery already and wasn’t feeling well with heart palpitations due to all the nonsense. By the way, other BK”s are closing why they don’t do the same anyways they don’t want to be working.

I came in for a free spicy chicken sandwich with a $1 purchase I’ve bought on in phoenix az Also bought a spicy chicken wrap in phoenix Both were horrible The spicy flavor was good But that’s it In all the chicken sandwiches they were dry hard and the meat itself was tasteless I hope this review can save people from ordering it It’s not a restaurant problem The last sandwich I got in California tasted just as bad as the az one The restaurant was clean The staff was nice and polite Chicken sandwich sucked
