The grand opening sign was up so I tried it out! Waited in line for 5 mins before another customer person, who was also waiting by the front door, drove past to tell me that they were not open. Even though there were employees inside. Second try: my order was wrong, even though they repeated it to me correctly, coffee was old and bitter. 3rd and final strike, today I went to go get donuts for my class and when I opened the box I discovered that the donuts were half done and two of them didn’t even have frosting or sprinkles on them. All in all my rating for this Dunkin’ Donuts is ZERO, which is sad because it’s only been open for few weeks.

Even though there was only 2 workers, other workers did not show up, they were very efficient and working their heart out.
The quality was great and the store was very clean

I’ve been a dunkin customer for years. I was happy when they opened in Wintergarden fl. But as an owner and seeing that its a 3.6 i would question why. You have employees there that should not be working the dress code the long face no welcome or thank u or a smile. Below r some pictures on how I get my coffee. And when I mention it to a manager the reply was its only coffee ground my reply well they should not be in my coffee. I have had friends and family members that has stop going to the wintergarden fl location next to DQ. Because employees they just don’t care.

The donuts have gotten smaller. But they only warm my bagel, it wasn’t toasted! The they did not give the Dunkin Run discount when you buy a medium coffee or larger the donut was to be $1.00. They charge $1.49 not $1.00. check out your receipt before you leave. This location is all about charging you money and not giving you the Dunkin Donuts discounts – very disappointing!

Avoid this Dunkin’!!! I waited 32 minutes in the drive-thru and ordered an ice coffee and a wake-up wrap. They tried giving me a hot coffee and when I told them it was supposed to be iced, they just poured the hot coffee into a cup with ice. I was left with a lukewarm, flavorless coffee. I get home and open the wrap to put some ketchup in since they were out at DD and found that there were 2 small ripped apart egg pieces. I grew up in New England loving DD and this type of service would not fly up there. Lady at the window offered no apologies and was too busy laughing and talking with co-workers. And these are the people who want minimum wage increased?!?! SMH

Purchased donuts and a sandwich as well as a chai latte. Stood there and use the app to select two free donuts from my rewards. The donuts were never removed, so I ended up paying full price for them. The cashier knew that I had put them in the app as rewards, but she said she must have done something wrong. No biggie, the reward to expire until the middle of august so I figured I’d use it before then. As I sat there with my twins, I figured I would go ahead and order more donuts right then. When I went back to order comma there were flies all over the donuts. They were sitting on them flying from donut to donut, and, sitting in the bottom of the pan. YUCK! NO THANKS.

I know you don’t have a lengthy line at 6:00 p.m. on a weekday but sitting there washing and resetting for the next morning and not even coming to the window for like 15 minutes when I only ordered two iced coffee….just disappointing.

This location is absolutely awful. The wait for your order to be taken is 5-10 mins minimum without fail, and that’s with only 2 cars in the drive-thur. The staff is completely intolerant to costumers time and works at their own pace. My last strike with them was just a couple of days ago when I was the only person in line and I waited nearly 30 minutes for a cold brew and sandwich with more and more people forming behind me. And to make matters worst to me being late to work the coffee had no flavoring and the sandwich had a salty frittata on it instead of a regular egg. Unbelievable. Just like everyone else in the comments, If I could rate this place a zero I would.

I was ordering in the drive thru and my carplay accidentally continued my music which wasn’t loud AT ALL. And some older lady started screaming over the mic to turn my music off that it was hurting her ears and it was the “third time it happened” WHEN I DIDNT EVEN GET TO SAY HELLO MIND YOU. AVOID THIS DUNKIN this isn’t even the first time this has happened .

I change your reading back to a four star because the employees are amazing but someone started being counting the ice. So if you order an iced coffee or tea they won’t fill up your cup as advertised to top and they’ll leave about an inch or two empty at the very top. This isn’t good because the ice took coffee or Tea ratio is still the same and will still water down your coffee or tea. I want it just enough ice to make it cold but not water it down. But when you put less of the product, they’re still the same amount of ratio between water, ice and coffee or tea.
I recently changed my rating from 5 stars to now 3 stars. I redeemed my points for a large black tea with almond milk and what I got was a hibiscus tea. I even checked my online order and the label, both say black, but the tea bags are hibiscus. I normally wouldn’t make and so much but I’m on some meds that interact badly with hibiscus. So I urge the workers there to be more mindful of the teas they make when fulfilling orders, whether online or in the drive through. Their hibiscus tea is a little dark like black tea so I can see the mix up. I drove away after my order and came home and realized the blunder after I drank a sip. So I gave it to my teen daughter instead.
