Check your burgers before you eat them. I ordered a Dave’s double through their drive thru tonight 12/29/21 around 10pm. When I got home to start eating it. One of the two hamburger patties wasn’t cooked very well. It was still RAW on the inside. (See attached photos ) l just took it out and ended up eating a version of the Dave’s Single. I could have eaten them both because of hunger. I opted not to for health reasons. You’ll never know. Unfortunately, I’ve trashed the receipt as evidence that I bought it at this location. They do have cameras for sure.

I ordered from Wendy’s on July 12, 2025 total $19.22 for delivery by DoorDash. After waiting 1 hour order was cancelled. Called Wendy’s for refund & they said call DoorDash. DoorDash after 3 calls said 100% would be refunded within 7-10 days which I then thought unfair as they debited my account right away yet I have to wait? RIDICULOUS!!!!!! TODAY is August 22nd & I keep calling Wendy’s delivery support & keep getting nothing but apologies YET NO REFUND TODATE!!!! WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? WENDYS & DOORDASH SUCK!!!!!!!!

I haven’t been to Wendy’s in a long time so I was surprised to see the hamburgers were tiny, the little pieces of bacon were paper thin (I really had to look to find them and didn’t taste them at all) and the frosties were not the same frozen treats that took forever to thaw. That’s being said, I don’t think that’s a reflection on the staff who did their job professionally but I don’t think I’ll be spending my $40 at Wendy’s again any time soon

Just visited wendys second time I had to wait away from drive thru for like 10 minutes. No one else that pulled up to drive thru had to wait. Ordered 3 meals order number 3094 I ordered to two baconators. Got two Dave’s doubles with a bunch of produce. Given no napkins no straws for my drink. If you don’t want my business. Done want be coming here again

I appreciate this Wendy’s location. Their service is quick, and in my experience, they have only made one mistake with my order. The soda fountain offers a wide variety of flavors, which is a nice bonus.
