I have ordered from Sweet Green twice now where I have found something in my food. The first time was a human hair and the second time was a dead GRASSHOPPER at the bottom of my bowl. Both incidents, I was unable to reach the restaurant via phone, and had to chat with a bot online, with virtually no resolution. I highly advise against eating here.

I love sweetgreen! The best bowl they offer is the chicken avocado ranch and the best plate is the miso salmon. When I went here Irina was one that made my bowl, and let me tell you. She’s always spot on with all of it. She remembers my order, she remembers what I tell her. She’s a great person.

If healthy food is this good then sign me up!! I had the Harvest Bowl and my wife had the Hot Honey Chicken Protein Plate. Both of these bowls were delicious and filling too! The sauces were well matched to the bowls. We loved the Hot Honey Mustard Sauce and the balsamic vinaigrette (on the Harvest Bowl). The shredded kale with balsamic vinaigrette was umbelievably good.
We will definitely be back.
TIP: Try the Ripple Fries with Pickle Ketchup. Not as healthy, but super tasty for a gluten and dairy free snack! The ketchup is seasoned generously with dill to give it a distinct pickle taste – so gooood.

I’m here constantly as it’s a healthy option on the go, so long as you don’t go over board on the dressings. I’m always greeted by a friendly face. Jonathan is an awesome, attentive and welcoming individual whom usually serves me up a great plate of food. Have never had a bad experience here as ingredients are always fresh, even on the busier days.

Really love the seasonal menu that keeps the menu fresh and the staff here is friendly, attentive, and great at their job. I made an order through DoorDash and they had messed up the location of my pickup. I approached Irina for help in the Downtown 2nd St location and she was very friendly and eager and ready to assist me when Doordash was not being helpful. First time to Sweetgreen. I went there based on a recommendation from my friend, and I’m glad I did.
The atmosphere was very pleasant, the customer service was great ( Thank you Salome! )
And I just tried their new stake bowel with tomato, rice, and broccoli, and it was very tasty!
The meat was cooked to perfection, not undercooked nor overcooked, the veggies were all fresh, and the price was reasonable too.
I highly recommend it!

I’m confused with the store food quality. It’s like a gamble what you will get while ordering delivery. One time it’s fresh and delicious. But another time it’s something not looking good at all. Idk how to even rate this place.
