Ordered 3 footlong subs. One of them being tuna salad. I literally had 1 Tbsp of tuna salad on one half of the sandwich and even less on the other. I had to scrape what I coukd off of one side yo add to the other, just to be able to taste it. What an absolute waste!

This was the worst subway I have ever had. The bread was old, the meat was cut to thick, the Mayo tasted old, the drink was supposed to be a 20oz bottle and I got a tiny cup, I couldn’t taste the cheese from the sour Mayo. I will not be going back to this store.

They trade cookies for five star reviews. Their bread is subpar and not made well compared to the subway in Walmart. The service is meh currently, they often seem annoyed by customers.

Ordered on my mobile app & sent daughter to pick up for our lunch break. I ordered a steak and cheese melt with double protein & this is what I received. This how it arrived open faced with the other half of sub sitting on top & no extra protein. Called the store to complain & express my disappointment of my order. The employee who answered was aware of my order & admitted that they was out of paper & the extra meat did not print out & that the way they have to make the sandwich does cause the sandwich to appear a bit messy, but she said if I comeback to the store that she would make me another sandwich to my liking for free. The store closed before I got off work so I returned the next day to get my sub, the owner was present & the employee explained what happened & he wanted me to pay for the sub & only agreed to not charge me for the extra protein. This is not what I was offered over the phone, so not only did I have to waste gas to return to the store but he did not want to honor the free sub offer. He only agreed to refund for the extra protein… this is unacceptable!

Ordered a BLT salad. After cutting up the veggies and fluffing it up, it was lacking in product amount. It’s also weird that they don’t cut the veggies up for a salad.

Edit: You would think with a 3.9 star rating, someone would try to make this store better. I read some of the reviews, OOF…

Visiting this location in person is ok, though it’s certainly not the best in Goldsboro. However, if you’re considering delivery, prepare for disappointment. The orders often arrive so poorly prepared that you might as well discard them immediately.

These workers really need some recognition. They ALWAYS go out of their way to call if they run out of anything and do their best to make everything right. I’ve been to other locations where workers just dont care. They go above and beyond.

The Subway on Ash St. was closed.today for some reason and that is where I would usually go. I haven’t been to this one in awhile and now I remembered why, their lack of reading skills. If I order a sub online and tell you how I want it all you have to do is read the instructions and follow them. If I ask for oil, vinegar and extra mayo on my sub please tell me why is it so dry? If I pay for extra chicken what happened to it.? No, I will definitely will not return here again regardless if my favorite go to is closed or not.
