We hired Gig’s BBQ to cater our son’s engagement party in September of 2025. The party was set up on our house’s back deck for 25 people. Though we planned for an outdoor buffet threatening skies caused us to move inside. Greg, the owner and his helper had arrived punctually which made moving the venue inside a breeze. Food was hot and plentiful. Servers were very friendly and helpful. Arranging this event was easy, with Greg offering his expertise, including a vegetarian option. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the spread and we thought the cost for the catering was very reasonable. We will be back for more Gig’s BBQ and highly recommend them.

Brisket Bombs were a huge disappointment. They were dry and not cut against the grain making it very chewy. Looked more like pulled pork. Mac-N-Cheese was dry and the potato salad smelled like pure garlic powder. The mini brisket pizzas were dry with extra bbq sauce. It was ok but, i’m still tripping over the brisket cut wrong.

Greg catered a family reunion for us the Saturday before the 4th of July. He had much bigger events coming up for the holiday, but made sure to take care of us with great food and excellent service. Pricing was very reasonable and he helped with getting tables and chairs delivered for us too. Highly recommended for any event requiring catering. Thank you!

Greg provided the food for a small party I had in honor of my father. He was very obliging; even though he had a much larger event that same day, he went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed — not just the food, but the means to serve it, etc. — to make the event a success. And it was! Everyone said the food was delicious. We had pulled pork and chicken with kaiser rolls, mac & cheese, baked beans, green beans and cole slaw. I recommend all of it!

Food was delicious and ribs so tender…they melt in your mouth ….I have a reputation for the best cole slaw in the county but hubby said he thinks this slaw gives me a run for the money. Try it! You won’t be sorry!
