I’m vegetarian, so I typically get either cheesy roll ups or the nacho fries. The amount of times that I have had to have my order refunded for their being meat in my order is ridiculous. And even if there isn’t meat there’s always some sort of vegetable that I didn’t ask for. It should not be this difficult to order something that is literally just cheese and a tortilla without getting other crap inside of it. I’ve had issues similar to this at other Taco Bell’s but I don’t know what it is with this one it keeps happening.

I’ve been a bunch, and the service is always slow even at the drive through, and they neglect customers dining in. Waited for over 10 minutes inside and had to leave because my lunch break ran out. Ugh. Taco bell is supposed to be cheap, bad, fast food. And now it’s expensive bad slow food. Andale Rapido down the street can grill a whole steak and give you a full plate in the time it takes to read an order here.

Just terrible… we live in Laramie and there is a reason why we would spend our money somewhere else… they give half of size of LARGE fries.. missing cheese cups.. cold food.. everything is just terrible about this Taco Bell. We tried to give them last chance, and nope nothing went right again. No more Taco Bell for us

Ordered online when we pulled up. The drive thru was full to the street all the way around. Walked into a dining room full of standing waiting people, two people making orders for lobby. The food making line was disgusting, employees touching their pants, phones, faces, brooms, and never changing gloves, also the men’s toilet was backing up and no sauce out for customers…. idk what happened but this is not something I would expect from Tacobell. The employees never greeted us, kept there backs to us the whole time, our order was suppose to be ready by 818pm and I am still waiting as I type this at 840pm. I am very dissatisfied and think you all need to fix it.

I visited The Laramie Wyoming Taco Bell on November 1, 2025 around lunch time and I would not recommend going to this restaurant. The service is abysmal. It’s basically non existent with how little there was for employees. They are extremely slow. I sat inside for 30-40 minutes waiting for my food. Additionally the staff were not very friendly. There were many people, probably about 15-20, that were also experiencing this issue. Lastly the food was not very good. It wasn’t like the Taco Bell that I grew up with. Probably go across the street to Taco John’s or somewhere that has good customer service because this place ain’t it.

I went to this Taco Bell at around 7:30pm. We had placed an online order and paid for it about a hour previously. We went inside to pick it up and were waiting for 5-10 for an employee to come to the front. They then proceeded to tell us that we couldn’t pick up our order inside and that we need to go through the drive through that was at least 10 cars long in order to pick up our food. This seemed wrong considering that you can place orders inside and there were others inside that were waiting on food as well. We spent good money on 6+ people and get treated like this? It makes no sense and I will not be back here again.
Update: After sitting in their Drive Thru for 20 minutes, we finally make it up to the window and have to wait another 5-10 minutes for our food to be ready, even though they knew we were hear over 30 minutes ago. Very unprofessional and didn’t even get an apology about it.

Good food. Downsides would be sometimes it seems impossible to get help for staff there when you are up front. Also 7 times out of 10 taco bell is pretty messy with trash on tables and on the floor. I understand they are busy and under staffed like most places so i wont hold to much against them. Overall not bad

Taylor was very rude, and we ask about the caramel apple empanadas, he said they were discontinued, but there is a window cling in the front window showing them ( maybe you need to take the sign down). The don’t like to take orders at the registers, it was a big deal. Then the customer in front of me paid cash and he was frustrated he had to get into the drop box for cash. Will not be going back. This is the third time I have tried will not come back, will go across the street if I need tacos they are pleasant there.
