Made order on app at 810. Was supposed to be ready at 823 and I get to restaurant lights on in restaurant lights on at drive thru. Instead of talking to me I wait 5 mins at teller then drive around building come back to the teller and there is now a slippery when wet sign at teller. I see someone they run and hide. App is saying I need to wait 24-48 hrs for refund. Unacceptable.

The cashier was rude. She refuse to reach out the window she wants the customer to climb through the window to get their food and when I said something to her she started cussing at me that is unacceptable when I’m spending my money. Maybe she don’t need to work the register cause she definitely not customer friendly.

I have not eaten Burger King trash food in years. I saw a sign for two for three dollars and decided to stop in as I had not made breakfast as usual. I asked about the deal and some old woman says it’s for biscuits, tots, or a drink. I asked her to clarify and she said sausage biscuit, egg and cheese biscuit or an iced coffee so I asked for tots and a vanilla iced coffee if that’s what came with the deal and she responded, “I don’t know you tell me.” I repeated that if that drink came with the deal, then that’s what I’d like. I started to proceed to order another item and she blurted out, “I like when someone’s sure of themselves,” as if everyone should understand their garbage menu as she had been trained. So I decided instead of ordering, to leave a little rubber in their parking lot and go spend my money at an establishment that trains employees to respect customers. I will never be back to this dump.

Showed up for breakfast. Make my order ultimate combo croissant drove around to the window. Didn’t even know when we got to the window. What my order was right off. Another order had a reorder again and then could you pull forward? It’ll be a moment well 45 people. Got served. I’m still waiting there and finally comes to the window. What did you order? What are you waiting on and oh, we’re waiting on your eggs. Comes back hands me a bag. No drink, no combo goes back. Gets the hashrooms, still no drink hands it to me and says thank you.
