Every time I order online they mess up the entire order. They forget smashed avocado, bacon, etc. They switch the breads on my sandwiches. They don’t toast it. It’s ridiculous and I keep giving them a new chance and try to tip hoping maybe they’ll pay better attention, but no.

Phones been ringing for 10 mins with no answer. I wanted to inform them they missed 3 ingredients on my sandwich, wasn’t even looking for them to right the situation. Just wanted to ask them to pay more attention in the future. But I won’t be a customer again in the future after this experience.

Seems like every time I go. The staff is new. But they have good training. I never get a bad sandwich or service. I just tried there new meatball sandwich. It’s was so good. I can’t wait to order it again.
