As soon as me and my husband walked into this Taco Bell, the atmosphere was amazing the smell swift, our face and it was beautiful. We asked if they had any uncut pickles. They did not which was a little bit disappointing, but we got through it and opted out for other products. Bathrooms were very nice. Specially, the big just enough room for fun.

Ordered 5 crunch tacos no lettuce on Saturday night. Got home and every taco had lettuce on it plus 2 of the tacos seemed like they had been dipped in water or something as they were soggy! Obviously I didn’t eat any of it. Waste of $12. Made the mistake of going back the next day. Ordered 5 crunch tacos no lettuce. Got home and they didn’t add lettuce but I only received 4 of the 5 tacos I paid for. I am done with the Grimes, IA. location. Do not waste your time or Money here!!!!!!

This manager is making their employees come to work even though they either have Covid or their kid has Covid meaning they are sharing the virus with everyone including people who if they catch Covid it could kill them do better I will never be going back for the fact that I have kids who have weak immune systems hopefully you guys can get a better manager and fix the problems you have started
