Chipotle still makes for a solid lunch option, but the overall quality—both in taste and service—has noticeably declined over time. On this visit, the first prep worker provided a nice touch by offering me a sample of their new chicken, and the second was generous with portions, making sure the meal was satisfying.
However, the checkout experience left something to be desired. When I asked for an extra vinaigrette, the cashier rolled her eyes, which dampened the otherwise smooth service.
While it’s not quite the Chipotle experience it used to be, it’s still a decent spot for a quick, filling meal—just don’t expect the same consistency from years past.

Where’s the meat ??? Food is good and I got plenty of rice , but hardly any meat , seams like some meat under sourcream.. that is why Chipotle is going down the drain . They cannot compete with food trucks meat filled food. White guy was nice but server was mad jeje

Food was terrible! Couldn’t eat it. First issue was waiting for rice, chicken and steak. Went home to enjoy the food I waited for and it was terrible. The rice was saturated with lime juice and the meat was flavorless. Bland, lime juice bowl. Very disappointed with Chipotle lately. A waste of money for 4 entrees that ended up in the trash. 2 stars because the customer service wasn’t terrible like most of them.

The worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Consistently has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Today I ordered one bowl for my sister in law and then asked for two more bowls. The worker complained that it was too much walking from the rice area to the toppings area and for next time to try and order them all at once. I didn’t know walking back and forth 3 feet was so exhausting. There was nobody in line behind me.
They are always out of ingredients. Always have a messy dining area and the workers have the worst attitude.

This location is very convenient for me, so I go regularly. With that said, this chipotle is very hit or miss. Depending on time of day and staff you may have a good or terrible experience. Lots of high school kids work here, so their work ethic and attitude are often on the lower end of the spectrum. They also tend to run out of things fairly often, I can’t count the number of times I’ve went and their out of sour cream, cheese, vinegarette sauce, meats, fajita veggies, etc.
I only continue to go because the location is so close to where I live. With that being said this place gets 3/5 stars on their best days.

DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS CHIPOTLE. This is a regular occurrence with this location. The employees do not care about anything. They give you attitude, For simply ordering food. I walked in and all the lights were off At noon And they were already out of chicken and chips. The steak looked like it was microwaved. My food was repulsive and I couldn’t even eat it. If I was chipotle, I would fire the entire staff because if I had people like that, representing my business, I would be disgusted.

Out of steak, and chips. Exact cash only or card. Out of soda. Asked for a refund. Was charged again. Was told to wait till it wasnt pending… after some more conversations I was able to prove they were wrong and charged me. Now I cant even eat. Were so mad of everything they are out of and thw stupidity of not knowing how to do a refund as a manager. Let’s not mention the attitudes and how disgusting the place is.

Absolute disaster. Unlike any Chipotle I have ever been to – employees clearly don’t want to be there and don’t care about customers. It’s an absolute mess. They were out of so many things. Drinks, napkins, everything. The cashier said “I just got here” when I asked if they had any other drinks in the back. No apologies, no recognition of the disaster….so I am assuming it’s commonplace. Whoever runs this location truly should be embarrassed. Don’t make the mistake of going.
