Terrible service. Whoever worked night of February 23rd hung the phone up in my face. 3 times. Was “ensuring my order” for over an hour. And would not give me there name. Hanging up on me mid sentence. Terrible service. He was completely rude. Made me want to come down there. Terrible service terrible everything I don’t know who hires these people. Disgusting I don’t even want my food anymore.

The location is close to home so I can always just stop by and pick up, the pizza was good and hot!, the staff at the location was nice and friendly. Service was faster than i was expecting that day which is always a plus.

Ordered two hand-tossed pepperoni pies. Received two thin crust pies; both were burnt and for some reason cut like a Sicilian despite being a circular pie.

I placed an order for delivery. About 40 minutes later, the staff called me and asked what part of the gas station I was in. I did not order pizza to a gas station. The driver was unable to give me the address of wherever he went, so I don’t know if he was even in the same town. After about 10 minutes going back and forth, I got hung up on. I never received my order. I checked the app, and I did put the correct address in (there isn’t even a gas station near it). The app also showed it as delivered. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

The Dominos in East Northport sent a delivery person to our house who walked in on my wife at 10:45 at night without knocking. When she asked him what he was doing in the house, he lied and said that they saw each other through the window (she was in the back of the house putting a six-year-old to sleep). She kicked him out and called to complain. Later that night, her windshield was smashed with a hammer, and the merchant’s receipt for the credit card charge was balled up on the ground next to her car. Dominos corporate told us their security office would call us, and it never did. Corporate and the East Northport franchise refuse to pay for the windshield. We filed a police report, and are considering a civil suit.

This is the only Domino’s I would ever go to.
Never do I ever walk into a Domino’s and see a guy, smiling all the time and very friendly and goes way out of his way to make every customer in the store happy. RANU is a legend in the dominos pizza. He is the reason why I go to Domino’s if it makes you feel good.

Just absolutely awful tasting. Got buffalo wings and they were soggy and sweet. They also forgot the ranch, which if i drove off i would have been without.
The real complaint is the taste and quality of the wings, and i never leave reviews.

Domino’s needs to get their act together. You’re just going to keep losing customers at this rate. I’m a loyal customer; or was, who attempted to redeem my complimentary medium hand tossed pie from previous purchases and when I went to checkout, the system on your site stated sorry there’s no available store for delivery redemption even provided had added to the order. I don’t get, what’s the sense of rewards if you’re stonewalling us from redeeming our “reward”. Thanks for nothing Domino. And keep raising your delivery fee. You’ll have no customers in no time.
