We tried to place catering services online and app but the website kept on glitching so we called in the order. Everyone, including the store manager, were so friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and tried to follow up with me. On the day of the event, the manager and one of her employees delivered the food promptly and set up expertly. The food was warm and delicious. I truly appreciate their good communications and customer service!

The mac and cheese was delicious. The ball fork tastes delicious they let you put the barbecue on yourself. The barbecue taste like it’s homemade. The waffle fries were cooked perfectly. The roll was one of the best rolls I’ve had in a while. The chicken tenders were fried perfectly. The staff was kind and understanding when I made a mistake.

I have eaten many times from Dickeys in Bay St. Louis MS. I just received my food and very disappointed. My wife, myself, and my son ordered food. I ordered the chicken (dry) with regular sausage (burnt and very dry), my wife ordered the chicken (dry) with jalapeño sausage (burnt and dry) and my son ordered chicken (dry) and pulled pork (dry). I have never had the driest food in my life. This is ridiculous and horrible that we spend this much money for this. I have never had bad food from here but as of what I dealt with tonight we won’t ever order again. I can’t believe that you send out food like this. Only thing that was good was fried okra. Not to hard to mess that up. You need to fix this issue. I’ve always loved your food but it was a disappointment this time. Not a happy customer and possibly won’t return.
It’s no good for you to send me an email to handle my problems when don’t reply to the email. I sent an email after my review. No response. You can’t fix your problems by telling me to send to an email address that you don’t reply back to. You just act like you care and that everything goes away. Bad business. I expect to hear from someone. I fell you still need to handle this issue professionally. Just telling people to email the complaint and you not answering the complaint is not a great way of running a business.

Every time we eat here it gets worse and worse. This is absolutely the last time. Everything was just awful. I got the chicken plate with sides. The chicken was dry as dry can be, seriously I don’t know how they even serve it in good conscience. On top of that its freezer burned, tastes terrible. No wonder it’s so dry. I got the Mac and cheese brisket cup for a side. Total garbage, inedible. There were about 3 Mac noodles in the cup, not sure why there were beans but they were complete mush and the brisket was tiny shreds of inedible meat-like substance. And this stuff isn’t cheap. I literally threw it all in the garbage and vowed never to go here again.

I enjoy the food from this location from time to time. Sometimes I visit the Gulfport location as I work in Gulfport. So I had a coupon with stamps and I wanted to redeem my coupon today. I told the cashier that I was in a hurry and she cut me off to say something to the other lady who was working. Neither one of them knew about the coupon, they discussed it for a couple minutes as I’m standing there just wishing they would hurry up. Then, she doesn’t know how to ring it in, so she’s gotta call the other girl over to check. Then she goes to make the sandwich, but before that, she had to package some meat up first. I’m ready to scream at this point and just tell her to please hurry. I needed extra sauce, so she said it was a dollar. I put the dollar on the counter and I can see my order ready, it just needed a bag but of course she needed to ring in the extra sauce first before she handed me my order.
As you can tell I am very frustrated. This is not the first time that I have had unnecessarily slow service here. These people just need to work faster. I know help is hard to find as I work in the food industry, but maybe if they were better trained on how to do their jobs and stop chatting so much when they have paying customers, they could do a better job. 3 star because the food has always been good from this spot! Just give yourself plenty of time here

The food was fine, not exceptional but good. The service leaves a LOT to be desired. Guess I’m accustomed to the excellent service at the Gulfport location but these girls just didn’t have it together.
Couldn’t tell if there were 3 girls working or 4 or 5. People kept going behind the counter for a few minutes and leaving through the front or disappearing out the back. I do know it took 3 people over 15 minutes to get my order together . I’d ordered the daily special so it should have been an easy order that shouldn’t have required 2 servers, much less 3.
