I got charged $11 for a 6 inch sub with nothing on it and a bag of chips. Never going to subway again. Staff is nice but this is crazy. I can spend the same at potbelly or jersey mikes or firehouse and get a much more hearty sandwich.

Very rude and horrible customer service. My coworkers and I usually go here for lunch but today was the last time I go back. I order a tuna sandwich which was very poorly made. The bread was opening from the sides all the ingredients were falling out. I asked for another bread and they refused and said that’s usually how it comes and I told them I always get the same order and the bread had never been this bad. Short story they did not replaced it.

Rude staff, dirty restaurant, and they are thieves. They never provided an online order and refuse to refund for it. Stopped by to let them know their store was unexpectedly closed at the time of order and they refuse to refund for it even though they never provided the product. I even have the receipt that shows the order was not even confirmed until a day later. They were rude the whole time and the place was just a mess. I hate to sound like a “Karen”, but now I will need to take it up with corporate or dispute with my bank to attempt to get refunded as they flat out refuse to work with me. It was like talking to a bag of bricks. They did not want to look at any of the proof that they were in the wrong.

They sell watered down soup. This broccoli soup was watery so bad you can tell they are trying to make more product therefore the quality when down to zero. Never coming back.

Came here on a Wednesday evening right before close and I had no complaints. Lady was nice, though I had to tell her a couple times what I wanted she apologized. She made my order just how I wanted.

Hate to leave a bad comment but please please check your food. He tried putting way to little steak on my sandwich and when I noticed I saw dried out meat and flaky stuff on the meat. Please be careful rip off and possibly old food.
