I have ordered here many times and USUALLY never have an issue. I decided to get the stuffed crust today and the pizza was so thin it ripped upon taking it out of the box and the crust was so undercooked it was raw when you bit into it. There was absolutely no browning of any sort on the crust. pics of the dough inside the crust and both the inside/outside of the crust.

We ordered through door dash, and Papa John’s sent the wrong pizza. When I called them they said that since I ordered through door dash they could not send our pizza with one of their own drivers. The manager never apologized or tried to come up with a solution. She just said, “We have your pizza here.”

I used a promo code at checkout that was valid, and I paid the full price (not a huge deal, but mildly frustrating). I then call the location on Elkhart road, and the girl who answered just said “that’s an online thing”… Can you please check?? After I said “okay” she goes to say “so is there something else I can help you with orr”…uh maybe check to see why the code valid this week is not working?? Her tone was so rude.

So I totally messed up my address. Very easy to do in our neighborhood many streets named the same thing just different address. Anyway this location did me a huge help! I called right away once I noticed my app said it was delivered and I took a look outside and it wasn’t there. Frist thing I did was look at the address I input to the app, it was wrong. My fault, thankfully the person at the store who answered called the delivery driver and asked if they had delivered my order yet. He didn’t. I was next on the list of deliveries. Thanks goodness the lady at the store was willing to help me and call the driver to make the corrections of my address And I received my order during the snow storm tonight. This really touched my heart. With what happened with their other location this week in the news. Plus I am a general manager I deal with these issues as well on a daily basis. I just want the staff to know they are very much appreciated. Thank you for working. And being open for people during a snow storm. Great job.
