I have attached two photos to my review. I’ve been to this location a few times now. Today, Sunday was a strange experience. I ordered my American Burger along with an order of onion rings. Normally the bun is a bit warmer but it was almost ice cold , as if pulled from a freezer 10 minutes prior, or the Buns were pulled from the refrigerator immediately prior to putting on the burger.
I received 6 onion rings that were completely burnt to a crisp. It looked like either they were overcooked or somebody took some onion rings that were sitting around and put them back in the fryer for an extra few minutes. Either way they should have never been served.
Definitely not what I’m used to as I typically receive a dozen onion rings which is about $5. Having worked in fast food and having been to this location to several times, I’m used to getting quality onion rings.
The first 6 onion rings they gave me were so bad that when you squeeze them they literally broke into tiny pieces. Ever seen when paint breaks apart into small chips? Same idea. There was a Young gentleman who was awesome and he offered to bring me six more onion rings to replace the ones that were burnt and you can see those ones look like they should have in those photos I took.
They were fresh. Kudos to him for being so understanding but I don’t know what the people working in the kitchen were thinking. Perhaps they should focus on preparing food instead of casual conversation. The gentleman at the register was very professional. As an aside, To be paying almost $5 for 6 fried to a crisp onion rings is ridiculous.
Please train your kitchen staff to be consistent, there should be a specific number of onion rings for each order and they shouldn’t all be tiny, some big and some Medium as well as small ones.
If onion ring orders are supposed to be by weight, please keep the weight consistent because it seems like everytime I go here it’s always a surprise when I get my onion rings.
I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the cashiers. It just seems like the kitchen crew needs some retraining. I have attached two photos, one showing my original order with the burger and onion rings and another showing the second set of onion rings that were brought out. I always love a build-your-burger place, but I was not impressed by the portions: $5 For four strips of fried portabella, no fries with the burger. The burger itself was great, and I enjoyed the option of a horseradish dip.

Burger was great! So I wish I could give a higher rating. But the service was sabotaged by one of the girls that works there. She looked like she did not want to work at all. The restaurant was missing napkins and ketchup. When anyone asked for it, she would say there was none. But then after we saw her putting more ketchup and napkins. She did not want to do anything. Horrible service. If management decides to advice better service to the employees, she was the shortest girl there. Everyone else was working and servicing good. The short girl should be put in the back away from the customers.

I never review business good or bad. But today I had some major concerns. The cashier had a dish rag in his had the whole time, including when he grabbed our baskets of food. I witnessed many instances of cross contamination. The food including the under cooked burger was cold and old. And the fries were cold and hard. We did ask for new fries and they did oblige but we didn’t eat them because they tasted freezer burned. No disrespect to the young workers, this is a management training and quality issue. All three of us have upset stomachs since then. We spend 35.00 and literally threw it away. Better training on cleanliness is needed and food was not fresh. And the guy with the dish rag that was constantly playing with it then wiping the counters freaked me out. Never again. Writing this for the next person that eats there.

It’s good to have low expectations when you are ordering from a food court. BUT this place will surprise you by being worse than expected. It’s best to just not have any expectations at all. The service was terrible and there are flies buzzing around everywhere. The waitress was rude and too busy conversing with her friends to take out orders. You should just go to McDonald’s instead at least the service and food quality is better. I’d also like to give a shout out to the lazy manager that was just aimlessly walking around! I too would like to get paid to do nothing!

The food here tastes pretty good but MY GOD this place is SLOW!!!! The burgers were delivered about 25 minutes after ordering one at a time. Then we waited an additional 30 minutes for the onion rings on the side that never came! There goes $9 STOLEN and down the drain! This is not worth the wait, the price or for my money stolen for this horrible customer service. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!

TLDR: avoid this burger joint unless you want to suffer from an upset stomach and multiple trips to the restroom hours later.
When we first walked up to the register, the lady that was helping us was interrupted by another co worker, normally this is fine no big deal maybe something important is being said. However to talk about personal life while assisting a customer should not happen. I should have taken this first red flag.
We order our food, with a fountain drink only to find out that the soda machine is broken. Instead of letting people know that’s it’s broken they gave us our drink and then later says we can use the restaurant next door since they know. they put up chairs partially blocking the machine and then get upset at the customers and say “I guess people can’t tell that the machine is out of service and to use the firehouse machine next door!” A sign on the machine would be great or even the cashier can warn customers. Later on as well an employee was standing behind us and began to yell (with attitude) across the restaurant to another worker from directly behind us
We then proceeded to wait 45 mins for our two burgers, fries and onion rings. Normally I get it if there’s a bunch of people that line cooks have to make food for, but people to keep coming up to the cashier or whoever would listen that they have been waiting for quite some time. To my surprise they were only waiting for a batch of fries. It took that person about 30-45 for those fries.
My girlfriend and I finally get our food. The Onion rings were over cooked. The fries were undercooked, and so were the two burgers we ordered. The food was also very bland.
I don’t usually remember to leave a review but this restaurant’s awful service and food have followed me home. I now write this review on the toilet regretting eating a meal there, and from the stomach ache that this mo burger has caused me to have.

Enjoyed the food… However the price range up vs the price on the menu was different. One board said $2.99 for fries, the other $3.19. Burgers said $6.99 but rang up $7.99 … The workers get a 5 though. They were fast, smiling, and friendly.

Choices are GREAT, however our burgers were dry and under seasoned. For the price they charge for an order of onion rings, I expected more than 5. And the fries were a sad, soggy mess. Lunch for 3 cost me $32 and I was sadly disappointed. Will never eat there again.
