The gentleman who answered the phone was very rude. I was calling to tell him that the online order didn’t go through and it prompted me to call the store. I told the employee and he said “okay” I asked him would it be better if I placed the order over the phone since I was making it a delivery order and he replied “I don’t see a delivery order” like yes that’s the point of me calling!! I even tried to place the order on the app and I still received the same message. Idk if he turns the orders off at a certain time but I called at 10pm and they don’t close until 1am on Friday. Very rude and disrespectful and didn’t try to help me place an order. From the looks of the reviews, I’m not the only person who has had this issue. I hope he finds a better job that makes him happy. Do not recommend!

This was our first time ordering from this location and it will be the last. It was pretty bad. The wings hardly had any sauce. The pepperoni melt thing hardly had anything filling it. The meat lovers pizza was 1/2 way cooked. Super disappointed!

Well it’s told 45 minutes the first time and took an hour and 45 minutes so they gave us credit. So then we called back tonight and then had them to prepare the pizza and breadsticks that arrived cold week prior. This time they still arrive cold. It was like an hour and 20 minutes late and they didn’t have the correct address. The driver had a call and text to find out what the address was. Said he was in front of the house but he couldn’t find no house and I had give him directions. This is just becoming sad that you pay so much money to eat and the service that you get. Is it the bottom of the drain? Good luck folks. Try to believe in this place this time is it? No more for us

I called and explained that my pizza was not cooked all the way and falling apart. I also let them know that there was barely any cheese and way too much sauce. The woman on the phone stated she would send another one…. But it would probably be the same because the cheese just looks like that with the white sauce.

Update: 3 years later with the same kind of problems. Ordered 2 pan pizzas, got regular ones. Also order bacon cheesesticks and got a barely cooked sauceless pizza with bacon. No notice given. Ignored deliver instructions also. This is really the worst pizza hut I’ve ever had. Plain and simple…bad pizza, bad people. I’ll try again in a couple years maybe.

Per the unapologetic employee on the phone, the image attached is a pan pizza because ‘it’s pan dough’ so even if it’s totally flat, it’s still a pan pizza. Last couple of deliveries for pan pizza both looked like this. They also boxed cheese sticks and a brownie together because who doesn’t love garlic scented brownies or chocolate scented cheese sticks? Vibe was kid who doesn’t care when I called.

How is it this location closes at 12 or so it says online, I placed an order on door dash and at 10:43,it was canceled and refunded by 10:46. Called at 10:57 once I got the notification of cancelation to see if they where still taking orders “Yes just not for wings”I DIDN’T EVEN ORDER WINGS , IT WAS A MINI PIZZA AND FRIES SO WHY CANCEL IT

Bad: This place is always dirty. If you can’t keep a simple countertop clean, there must be other issues that n the back. Cleaning needs to improve. Wipe down your counter at least twice a day.

Worst experience ever. I called in a carry-out order and the man that picked up was rude on the phone. Then when I got there to pick up my order, the two men working were staring at me and one of them came to take my payment but was a total jerk the entire time and I asked for a fork and he huffed and puffed as to display that it was an inconvenience. Then when I left and got home, the boneless bites tasted like CARDBOARD!!!! They were absolutely disgusting and I will not be going back again.
