Same old same old… ask for napkins and for the sandwich to be cut in half when ordering on the app. Please explain to me why your drive through staff NEVER EVER EVER put napkins in the bag? And I’ve completely given up on the cutting thing, that never happens. This time I ordered a toasted sandwich, so hot right? They put the cold water bottle in the bag next to the sandwich so that just makes my supposedly hot sandwich cold. It’s just so annoying because it’s simple common sense.

Worst JJs possibly ever. Just sat in line for 45 minutes in drive thru. Got handed drinks with pop dripping from them, and melted ice. Subs were fine, but freaky fast this JJs is not. Terrible!

My family visited this location and ordered at the drive thru, there were no other customers at the drive thru or in the store before or after our visit. We ordered three sandwiches, chips and cookies. The order took over 15 minutes to complete including several minutes to try to get someone’s attention to take my order at the drive in. I had to knock on the window to try to get updates on the order because I truly thought they forgot about us sitting there waiting, I would have left but I had already been charged. When I complained and was going to ask for a refund the employee Carlos lost it on me and told me they were “understaffed and overworked and if I didn’t like the wait I could go somewhere else” all in front of my family. Additionally all three sandwiches were made incorrectly and one was the complete wrong sandwich from what was ordered. I understand there is a staffing shortage nationwide, I also understand they probably had delivery orders they were making but none of that excuses the way this was handled and the poor level of customer service and quality of the product.

Ordered delivery. Never showed up. Called store after 45 minutes and they said they had nobody to deliver. Had to go to store to pickup. In the store there were delivery drivers. They should have at least called to let us know they weren’t going to deliver.

Ordered for delivery online to pay cash. The restaurant called me and said they don’t have drivers and use uber eats so they need the payment over the phone. Totally unprofessional, the owner of this establishment should be ashamed. These people are useless, order from the Jimmy john’s in New Hudson. South lyon store always sucks!!!!!

I was on my way home from work So I made a pick up order for two Number 17 with extra bacon and extra mayonnaise On the sandwich and extra on the side. I picked up my food and went home only to find that they messed up my order I had to drive back An extra 20 minutes.
When I arrived, they told me that they can make me two new orders and keep the mistake. At that point, I was thinking OK I accept this. But then, right after someone else told me that they’re just gonna put the bacon in my order. And I also accept this because it was clearly their mistake, I didn’t need to and shouldn’t have to drive the extra 20 minutes. I just won’t be coming back anymore.

I usually love Jimmy Johns. I usually walk into a welcoming and friendly environment. Most Jimmy John’s stores are usually clean. My order is usually out pretty quick. However, this location is the complete opposite.
I recently moved to the area, so I had never tried this location before. I was tired, I had been at work all day, and I didn’t feel like cooking anything for dinner. Additionally, I knew I had a bunch of college coursework to complete so I decided that I would grab my favorite sandwich from one of my favorite sub shop chains on my way home from work.
From the moment I walked in, I should have honestly just walked out. When I walked in, there were several boys working behind the counter that immediately made it very obvious that I was an inconvenience walking in to them. They didn’t have good attitudes, and you could tell that they definitely didn’t want to be there. The smell was also completely awful in there – completely unsanitary. When I finally got my sandwich, it was both sloppily made and wrapped with no effort. I will not be returning to this location again. To be honest, I will not even be eating the sandwich because of the attitude and sanitary conditions at this establishment – which is honestly such a shame and such a waste. But I can’t risk my health for that.
The attitudes? Honestly, I could understand IF I walked in 10 minutes before closed. But I walked in just under an hour before close. Before I walked in, I saw them all standing behind the counter chit chatting, so I knew I wasn’t disrupting any nightly closing duties in that moment. I get it, some people have bad days, especially working in customer service, but this was completely unprofessional in every way possible.

Ordered for lunch and this was the lettuce they put on my sandwich and only had one thin slice of meat on it and was missing toppings. The quality at this location is very poor each time I’ve ordered and I wouldn’t order from this location again.
