I saw that the Albertville outlet got an auntie Annie’s so I had to try them out as I am addicted to their pretzels. I was sorely disappointed. I ordered an original pretzel and a small cup of cinnamon pretzel nuggets. The original pretzel was OK, but was a little overdone. Had I looked at the pretzel nuggets, I would not have ordered them. In fact, I’m surprised that they were even allowed to be sold to customers. Mine were not raw, like another reviewer noted, but they were very dense, and had a doughy saturated texture that was not pleasant. There was also almost no cinnamon sugar on them. They looked like regular pretzel nuggets. I still ate them because I was hungry, but I would not order them again. I am willing to give this location another try, just because I love their pretzels so much, but there’s definitely things that I would think should be figured out by now.

The lady wasn’t very friendly when I told her that my coffee wasn’t sweet. She has an unpleasant look on her face. She just wasn’t unhappy with me and I am paying something I expect it to be right

Employee was extremely rude and short with me. I tried to continue to be polite even when I noticed she was irritated with me. I was also the only one in the store when they had just opened so I’m not sure what the rush was. This is the second time I’ve come here and been disappointed with how I am treated.

It seems their ovens are probably too high. I paid $7 for mini pretzel dog bites, which was essentially $1 per bite. The bottoms were burnt and the inside was raw. So half of my food was basically inedible

The food is not worth the almost hour long wait times. I work in this same mall and within the first week they were open I had gone in with some coworkers for our lunch break (which is 1 hour long, we’re pretty lucky). There were only 3 of us with no other customers in the store with us, we didn’t even have large orders, and it took almost half an hour for the first person who ordered to get his order when they told him it would be ready in 5 minutes.
After this I decided not to return until I heard better things, which unfortunately never happened. I hear from all of my coworkers/employees and even customers that the wait times are ridiculous for absolutely no reason and the food isn’t even fresh most of the time.
This brings me to my last interaction. This last weekend I was unfortunate enough to forget to pack a lunch and auntie Ann’s was my closest easiest option. Knowing that their wait times are ridiculous and it being a weekend I knew they would be busy I decided to place a mobile order which their website said would be ready at 2:16. At 2:16 I approached the employee at the register and told her my name for the mobile order, she told me to WAIT BY THE OTHER COUNTER (important info). I proceeded to wait by the pick up counter for half an hour. I watched the MANAGER tell his employees don’t worry about fulfilling mobile orders at all. When people who ordered and came in after I did I started getting annoyed so I approached the pick up counter waiting for someone to even look at me so I can ask what was going on. The MANAGER passed by me multiple times completely avoiding eye contact along with all the employees. It was like they didn’t want to even acknowledge my existence. At that point it got to be 40 almost 45 minutes of waiting for a simple 10 pice pretzel bite and a lemonade and I had to get back to work and had no time to eat anymore anyway. At 2:46 I went back to the checkout counter and requested a refund. The manager immediately met me with excuses “we just opened” which is a lie. I work in the same mall I know when you guys opened. “It’s the cashiers 5th day” why are you placing blame on her, YOU NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT ME. And of course the most ridiculous one being that it was MY FAULT for not saying anything to anyone at the other counter, when I had already told one employee and had literally placed myself at the pickup counter so I could talk to someone and was actively ignored and avoided. I told him I did not care to hear any excuses and I just wanted my money back so I could return to work on time. He gave my money back and insisted on still giving me my food because “he wants all his customers to leave happy” well due to your poor management skills I watched multiple people including myself leave your store unhappy. Also the lemonade tasted like water and the pretzels were severely raw inside and could have made me sick if I didn’t take one bite and spit it out so avoid this place at all costs if possible. This will just be another food place in that mall to get closed down.

My family of 5 were in Albertville to enjoy some shopping. We decided to stop in Auntie Anne’s for some drinks in the afternoon. While standing in line for 10+ minutes, we witnessed the boss and the employee that was taking orders get into an argument about a customers order being inputed wrong, also witnessed that customer become upset because her order was incorrect more than 2 times. The person who was taking orders made myself & family very uncomfortable. He was flirting with the younger girls while taking their orders, and asking them if and where they work in the mall, and even asked one young woman to see her work schedule! After we ordered, we noticed the boss hand out food to a customer and that customer walked away with the food and then returned to asked for cheese dip. That’s when the boss said the customer only ordered one of the pretzel cup and had the customer give the food back, and instead of throwing it away, he put it back in the warmer to serve to another customer! It took them another 15 minutes for us to get 2 frozen lemonade, oreo drink, 1 bottlr of Dr Pepper and a bottle of water. The wait time was insane, very unorganized. Along with everything else we noticed… we’ll never be back.

Love Auntie Anne’s! Although we had to wait longer than expected, the staff were very attentive and super nice! They gave us a complimentary pretzel for our patience. Customer service was great, especially the cashier who was very welcoming and seemed happy to be there!

Manager was amazing. However, the lady who checked me out (Ms. Jhomaira) decided to take it upon herself to move the screen to tip herself 15% which was not deserved. Pretty sure that’s illegal and unethical. Won’t be returning.

Took 25-30 minutes for a pretzel when they said 5-10 minutes. No rush or anything, lack of preparation.
