If I could put half a star thats what they would get. Service was horrible. Waited 45 minutes for 8 cold wings. No white wine. Soda was almost all carbonated water. People at the door were told a 15 minute wait, they waited 25 and left. All this on a Tuesday night. Didn’t drink a third of my soda my sister didn’t even finish her beer and they had the nerve to charge us for that after serving us ice cold wings barely tossed in sauce.
Save your time and your money.
We ended up at Taco Bell in Old Fort, the food was good and hot.
Went as far as to call the manger to let him know what was happening in the front of his house, just in case he didn’t know. He did not care 1 bit.
If you are so inclined to try Factory 29 I suspect you better hurry, as I dont think they are going tobe there long….

so good! I got their NY chopped cheese burger on a gf bun and it was incredible! wowwww 10/10! its nice to finally have some gluten free options and celiac friendly dining in our town.

Went tonight, first class service, food, and atmosphere. With a drink, 3 of us came out around $50 total. Comparatively, yesterday we went to Chick-fil-A and spent $50 for 3 of us, and I love Chick-fil-A.
The fish and shrimp was seasoned better than anything I’ve had outside of my own kitchen, the salad was great quality, the slaw was very nice, different, and I liked it immensely. Even the hush puppies were well thought out flavor wise. You can tell that the owners have thought about their offerings and take pride in them.
Right now this is my favorite restaurant in McDowell County, and it will be hard to top. Thank you Factory 29.

My dad and I stopped by recently for dinner, and it was delicious. Plenty of sauce and dry rub choices, and the wings are affordable. Used to be called Marion Wing Factory, but they changed things up recently, and still just as good!
