Placed online order so couldn’t cancel it. Tried to cancel on app and couldn’t get live agent. Took food was supposed to be ready at 12:30 after placing my order around 12:10. Took 45 minutes to get my food after got there. KFC app and store needs help.

Around 5:43 June 27,2025 I went through the drive through to order a number 8 I was confused on what the little girl was saying about the meal cause I ask for a large she said we can’t do that so the fries large you have have to order them alone so I ask oh so y’all don’t put the fries with it anymore I guess the little girl got mad or something then a older lady got on the head set with a smart mouth she had a attitude a very bad attitude I said oh I was just asking I didn’t need all that attitude and drove off the reason why I ask is because I was fin to change it to mash potato & gravy I wanted to go in to see but I had people with me.. but thanks to Wendy’s when I told them and I said thanks they replied back smiling with a you’re welcome I was just getting off work on my feet for 8 hours I still smile and be nice I didn’t snap I left because I had a great day today and wasn’t fin to let that upset me

We love KFC the drive through attendants could be more personable. If you don’t like ppl find a new job choice. Also, we didn’t check the bag vc we were rushed, however we never got our Gravy for the mashed potatoes. By the time I realized I was home fixing plates…I haven’t written a bad review on KFC as their food is good but I will say a remodel won’t help if you don’t have great service and provide what’s the customer paid for… I don’t feel like after spending 44$ and some change I should have to check my bag like I do at McDonald’s..

They are very unprofessional. We went through the drive thru. We ordered the 6 piece breast family meal. We asked fo 1 cold slaw 1 mashed potatoes and gravy and to substitute the other mashed potatoes for a Mac and cheese. When we got our order It was a 12 piece tender meal. I took it back inside. They told me that they were out of the Breast,I asked could we get the 8 piece meal instead in original recipe
The lady took the first meal they gave us and then gave us what she said was a 8 piece original recipe. We get home and it turned out to be a 8 piece of crispy, two potatoes and gravy,&1 Mac and cheese. I will be telling everyone that I know how they messed up our order. Once is a honest mistake but to mess it up the way they did the second time I believe was intentional. From now on when I visit CARTHAGE MS. the last place I will eat is K F C.
