We’ve spent over hundreds and hundreds of $$ with this specific location. Mostly the management have been absolutely RUDE and disrespectful. There are numerous times that I’ve ordered pizzas and have paid extra for “extra cheese” and other ones normal cheese and when I receive them, they are all the same; Dry, burnt, and incorrectly made pizzas that I, unfortunately, had to make a call regarding the issue(s) with pictures*.
The manager said we have made obsessive complaints and they’re not going to remake nor refund the money;
Tried to give them one last chance to redeem themselves. Apparently they are not going to let us place any more orders ever again. THAT is a very rude, childish, and unprofessional place, whom clearly doesn’t genuinely care about their customers’ values / relationships.

I came in lastnite and ordered a special extra cheezy pizza with mozzarella cheddar pepperoni and green peppers. The pizza was better than I expected and the two person team a nice man and very nice woman were friendly and helpful. The nice young woman made my pizza and wanted to make sure I was satisfied when she brought it out to me. I didn’t get the young woman’s name but I want her to know the PIZZA WAS AWESOME! Thank you!

Marco’s is one of my top 3 places to eat in Chattanooga. The prices are super reasonable and the people are great. The service is really fast for cook-to-order. I’ve only used delivery a couple of times, but that worked great also.

I placed a late-night pizza order—just after 11 PM. I tried calling the number listed on Marco’s Pizza’s website over eight times, but the call never connected. Since the phone line was clearly down, I went online and placed my order around 11:30 PM, then headed over to pick it up.
When I arrived, I couldn’t help but notice that every other restaurant on Dayton Boulevard was busy—except Marco’s, which looked practically closed. After this experience, I understand why.
The person behind the counter never even stood up from their seat the entire time I was there. I mentioned that the store’s phone seemed disconnected—they didn’t care.
As for the pizza? Easily one of the worst I’ve ever had. Every slice fell apart, nothing held together, and it was just a mess.
Honestly, the empty parking lot says it all. There’s a reason places like Taco Bell and McDonald’s down the road are packed, while Marco’s sits empty. Terrible experience from start to finish.

The service was excellent! The place was clean. The food was very good! Ordered a calzone and a salad and you get what you pay for. Nice! The calzone was high quality and tasty. The salad was fresh. I recommend this establishment

This was our first & last visit to Marcos Pizza. Tried to order online but wouldn’t go thru,then called to place order but could not pay by phone, so I went to pick up my pizza at the stated time. When I pulled in parking lot a few employees were sitting outside talking as I walked in store two employees looked at me & said nothing. I told the girl at the counter I was here to pick up order I had phones in. She looked & acted like I was bothering her & she was miserable being there. She still has not spoke to me I gave her my last name & she went to get my pizza then rang it up on register & mumbled something I could not understand when I ask her what she said she rolled her eyes & said “when the screen changes it’s ready” I assumed she was referring to credit card machine I completed my transaction was given NO receipt No thank you No come again…Nothing. I had noticed some flyers on counter & picked one up also there was a pen holder full of pens I thought they were for advertising purposes so I took a pen. The girl at counter finally spoke! She asked me very loudly & very rude “Why did you take a pen” this caught me by surprise as I was turning to leave. I said isn’t that what they are for advertising? She said “NO THEY ARE TO SIGN CREDIT CARD RECIEPTS NOT FOR PEOPLE TO TAKE” In shock of her outspoken rudeness & aggresivness I put the pen back on counter & walked out of store.
There was at least 20+ of the same pens in the holder which was on front counter not behind counter where employees could hand them to you. Also I paid with credit card & was not ask to sign a receipt. The pens were not even Marcos Pizza merchandise, they were for finance company next door. I work with the public everyday & will tell my story & discourage as many people as possible from visiting your establishment in the future.
The disrespect & verbal aggression I received along with the cold atmosphere & food was just ok. Bad customer service will ruin a place with good food.

I have ordered numerous times from this location and had minor issues that were handled quickly and with grace. However, on Monday 1/5 we ordered two pizzas. One white cheesy and one pepperoni. I ordered extra bacon on the white cheesy. Not only was there hardly any bacon but the amount of onions on this pizza made it completely unable to eat. The pepperoni pizza was also burnt so badly that we could not eat it. My husband called and a younger sounding woman picked up. She immediately had a terrible attitude. She interrupted him and insisted “she knew how to make a pizza” and she put plenty of bacon and did not burn the other pizza. It honestly wasnt a big deal until she decided to have a huge attitude with my husband at which point she most definitely got a worse one from me. At that point she offered to refund 20 dollars and made some snarky comments. The money has not been returned as of 1/7. She needs to be relieved of her job and management needs to do some training on how to respond to customer concerns. I will not be returning to this establishment and I will blast them all over social media and everywhere else unless this is handled. 20 dollars for a pizza is insane, especially when its inedible and problems are met with hostility from non-caring employees. Do better or get a job you actually enjoy doing.
