It was only once, or should I say the first time! It was the last day of the season and it was a couple of hours before closing in Labor day 2025. The service was spectacular, and the price. For serving size, I had a hand dipped medium, and for the quantity, it is well worth the drive for me.

Excellent little ice cream shop. Employees were kind, attentive, and helpful! They were chatting with the young kiddos who came in from a sports game while serving them ice cream, asking how their game went. Really sweet to see. Ice cream was yummy, too!

Had a scoop of the coconut ice cream and it didn’t disappoint. The coconut was savory and toasted to perfection.

I nearly missed this hidden gem driving by, wanted to treat my mom on Mother’s Day and almost passed it because it didn’t pop up on maps and the signage was poor. I’m not completely sure how I knew it was an ice cream place but went around the block to confirm it was open and specialized in ice cream.

My daughter and I stopped by and had a great time! The ice cream was absolutely delicious she loved it, and so did I. Friendly service and a nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the area!

So many flavors of ice cream. I will have to go many more times to try them. Hot fudge shake is awesome. They have an area outside to enjoy your ice cream. Very nice place with great customer service. Worth driving from Kalamazoo to enjoy it.

Such a lovely small town ice cream shop!! A large variety of delicious flavors and toppings! The employees were some of the kindest I have ever seen; super respectful, hardworking, and polite! I was pleased with their prices as well. I will be telling my friends to go to the Big Dipper!
