The outside seating was nice. Yet our waitress was not around that often. Even though it was busy, everyone else’s waitress came to them but ours we only saw a few times. The portions are deceiving. They are very small for the moneys worth. The food order took over an hour which was pretty ridiculous. After spending $30 for dinner, I had to go get dinner out still. I would not come here again.

This place is incredible. The food was absolutely delicious and amazing service. I had the build your own pasta with linguini, pesto, & Italian sausage and was the best I’ve had. My husband had the chicken parm and our kids had the spaghetti and meat balls. We all had a salad and the ranch was delicious! Definitely one of our faves now in FC!

We made reservations for our table on a Friday night. We were seated relatively quickly. The service was good. We ordered lobster ravioli and chicken picatta. Both dishes were really good. The lobster ravioli was in a creamy tomato sauce that was excellent. House bread with olive oil was soft and delicious. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and food. I would eat here again and I would recommend it to friends.

We had a wonderful experience this evening! Our waitress Melissa was very polite, sweet, and took time to answer all our questions! She kept our sweet tea full! The food was so delicious and being someone who cooks most meals from scratch, my husband and I are typically disappointed when we go out to dinner, but not this time! We will definitely be returning customers! We also had to other people check on us (possibly the owners?) which we really appreciated.

Chef’s kiss!! If you make it to Forest City, NC or are somewhere close by…it is well worth the effort to eat at Babbo! Everything was fresh and delicious & just the perfect portion…didn’t leave feeling hungry and didn’t leave feeling stuffed. Service was great and the atmosphere was chill, Italian vibe. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!!

Absolutely outstanding! Not one single complaint! Everything was way beyond our expectations! Best Italian food we have ever had! You could tell everything was fresh and made with so much love! Now our Forever go to date night spot! We got the Bruschetta, fettuccine Alfredo and the Ziti and everything was perfect! So much flavor! Truly took us somewhere else, didn’t even feel like we were in Rutherford county! We both agree this is the best restaurant in the whole county! Portions were large! We both took home a Togo box and looked forward to eating it again for another meal! We can’t rave enough about Babbo’s!! We can’t wait for our next date night to try something different on the menu!

My mother and I stopped by a few days before Christmas. We had made reservations and were seated very promptly. There was a cocktail menu with seasonal drinks. I had the espresso martini and my mom had the lemondrop. Both were very good and very well priced. I then ordered the lobster ravioli which was excellent and my mom got the carbonara. Hers was fantastic as well. We will be back!

The restaurant is beautiful. Very comfortable atmosphere. Our waitstaff were fantastic. They knew their job and did it well. The food was just fabulous. Something I would expect from Asheville. Focaccia – perfect doesn’t even begin to describe it. Light, airy, and so full of flavor. The Seafood Pescatore was sublime. Lobster Ravioli was quite flavorful. The Crab Stuffed Mushrooms were perfect. Can’t wait to go back and try more items off the menu. Forest City is lucky to have such a new restaurant added to downtown.

It was “okay.” I will start off with we did order Togo, but we only drove 6mins up the road. The Alfredo we ordered, pretty good. Still not worth $23 in my opinion, but maybe we all should have gotten that. The sandwiches we ordered. Terrible, did not finish them. The Chicken Parm tasted like it was made in the microwave with an hard bun and quite honestly, I didn’t even know what it was when we opened the box. It looked like meatloaf on a bun. My All American, not good. The cheese on the sandwiches was over cooked and the bread hard. WE DROVE 6mins. Just really disappointing for traveling out of state and at this point, can’t believe I spent money on it and quite frankly wish that I didn’t.

It has great atmosphere. Our server Izya was really sweet, pretty, and had good energy. Also the staff as well everything was perfect! This is during the Christmas season so I got the drink “Dirty Chai” definitely a must try.
