Thanks to all the lovely, professional staff at Crowne Plaza Marlow for making our seven night stay wonderful. High standard, well appointed rooms, maintained well by great housekeeping. Delicious, hot and cold buffet breakfast, including really great eggs any way you like them. Thanks Marshall for over seeing a lovely restaurant experience. I note tasty bar food including light Indian bites if you are hungry. I travel a lot. This is great value and handy for Marlow and the adjacent motorways.

My granddaughter and I visited the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Marlow for a spa day, with afternoon tea, treat for her birthday. The experience was made all the more special by Marshall, our extremely attentive waiter. He went the extra mile to accommodate my granddaughter’s request for plain ham and cheese sandwiches (she doesn’t like any sauces). The little birthday cake was also a lovely touch. The afternoon tea was delicious and the doggy bag cakes were enjoyed later at home. Thank you once again Marshall for making our visit very memorable. Will definitely be returning and will recommend to friends and family

I recently had dinner at Glaze while staying at the Crowne Plaza Marlow, and had a very enjoyable experience. The service in the restaurant really stood out, and the team couldn’t have made us feel more welcome.
I shared a Meze Platter to start, which was tasty and featured some delicious hummus and olives. My only comment on this dish is that it would have been a bit nicer to have pita bread instead of nachos with the hummus – but it’s only a minor comment.
For the main course, I enjoyed a lemon and garlic-glazed chicken with fries and salad. The portion was great, and everything was very well flavored.
The restaurant itself did feel a bit more geared up for breakfast and could benefit from some candles on the table and the lights being turned down a little.
Overall, the entire meal was very nice, and the service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend a meal here.

No one who works here seems happy, don’t think I saw anyone smile or warmly welcome a single guest. This really affects the whole experience. The food was alright but portion sizes left room for improvement. The cutlery on the table was also dirty and had to be replaced. We were also told we couldn’t eat in the conservatory, despite another table already eating there, but as they pre booked it was fine? Makes no real sense. The management needs to look at serious improvements as this restaurant really lets the venue down and seems inflexible to guest requests.
