I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Jimmy John’s thanks to Ryan Eggers. From the moment I walked in, Ryan immediately stood out because of how friendly, professional, and attentive he was. It’s not every day that you see someone working in a fast-paced restaurant environment who clearly takes so much pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer experience.
Ryan greeted me with a positive attitude and made the whole ordering process smooth and easy. Even though the store was busy, he stayed calm, organized, and incredibly efficient. He handled multiple orders at once without making anyone feel rushed or ignored. You could tell he really knows what he’s doing and has a great system for keeping things moving quickly while still paying attention to the details.
One thing that really impressed me was how careful he was when preparing the food. My sandwich was made perfectly — the ingredients were fresh, everything was evenly placed, and it looked just as good as it tasted. Ryan clearly takes pride in making sure every order comes out right, which is something you don’t always see at fast food places. He double-checked the order to make sure everything was correct before handing it off, which I really appreciated.
Another thing that stood out was his attitude toward customers. Ryan was polite, respectful, and patient with everyone in line. He answered questions, made recommendations, and kept the environment positive and welcoming. Even when things got busy, he kept a great attitude and made sure everyone felt taken care of. That kind of customer service really makes a difference and leaves a lasting impression.
It’s employees like Ryan who make people want to come back. He represents Jimmy John’s extremely well and clearly works hard to make sure customers have a great experience. I was told there was avocado on my sub. it was delivered, $25 total.

I called in to complain, then was hung up on. I called back then I was told not to come in.
when I went in to show them the sub the manager looked through my whole sub and found one green spot and said “thats it I dont know what to tell you”

Tried ordering online and I came app with numbers that I can’t even explain how they got them call them an ordered by phone forgot part of my. Order didn’t give me the right soda. The delivery. Person was? Nice and the Sandwich was good? But. They screwed up the order.

Came in around 6:30 to get a couple sandwiches. When I walked in, there was a worker (his coworkers called him either Vince or Colin — I can’t remember which) with his pants down and his butt crack out exposing himself. When he saw me he ran towards the back of the store and continued to flash me without pulling his pants up. Another worker ran towards the back after him and hid in the back, not coming out the entire time I was there. One more worker came out of the back to help me and was very nice and helped me to get my food. Sadly I will not be coming back.

I ordered the chicken, bacon, ranch and it was terrible. Toasted “bread was hard” it didn’t have much in it and was dry. I wasn’t going to post a review but when I called it didn’t seem like the Mgr. Cared,he said sorry but didn’t offer to fix the problem. I won’t go there again.

Gordon the manager was absolutely the worst to deal with! I told him my complaint with my order and he was not willing to make it right! I’ve order countless times from this location and have never given a bad review even when I ordered a few months ago and it took over 2 hours! I’m so surprised he was not willing to make it right!

I got violently ill two times after evening there tuna sandwich. Placed an order for eight a day in advance, called and checked on it, and it still wasn’t ready for delivery at the time schedule. I had to send a guest from my home to the store to pick up the sandwiches. The store is staffed by young kids and the floor is filthy. Behind the counter there’s always food all over the floor and the young kids that work there do nothing to clean it out. I complained to Corporate and was told three times that the owner was given my information and would be in contact with me . That never happened. Terrible service, terrible food, dirty, atmosphere poor service starting from the top down. Made three complaints in early 2023, I never got a response from the owner, and have never spent one penny at this Jimmy Johns, or any other Jimmy Johns since February 2023. I used to be probably one of their top delivery customers. I am disabled and would order sandwiches to be delivered every time I had company and often just for meals myself. Jimmy Johns has lost a great deal of business by losing me as a customer. I have made sure I have told 100+ people how bad the store is.

Apparently “open until close” means “whenever Gordon feels like it.” Showed up well before closing, doors locked, and got attitude for even asking. They acted like I was the problem for wanting a sandwich during business hours. WOW jimmy johns you really blew the cards for me!!

I ordered online using the app. I got my confirmation email right away at 12:02 And then 34 minutes later was sent a notification saying it was out for delivery. This wait was already way longer than it supposed was to be. I waited till 1:15 to call the store and ask where my delivery was as it still hadn’t been delivered. The guy who picked up said they only had one driver and that Uber or door dash had to pick it up, and that my sub had been ready since 12:15. After telling him that I received a notification that it was out for delivery he said the driver accidentally marked it as out for delivery. And that he would request for an uber or doordash driver to pick it up and deliver it. By the time I got notified an uber driver had picked it up it was 1:31. My order was delivered at 1:40. By no means should freaky fast delivery mean an hour and 40 minutes later. If you’re offering as soon as possible delivery, which I chose, you should be putting what time range that actually means. Extremely frustrating to revive my sub so late after ordering it, and have it be somewhat ripped apart and soggy from sitting out for so long.
