My husband was completely won over by the Ranchero Wet Burrito, a dish that clearly lives up to its comforting reputation. I chose the tacos, which were equally fantastic and delicious.
The true testament to their quality, however, lies in the sides: the homemade beans were incredibly tasty—rich, seasoned perfectly, and clearly made from scratch. And the rice? It was perfectly prepared, light, and not sticky.

Hands down the baddest authentic Mexican food around! With a decent price! Love it all but the tacos and Barrito Ranchero are amazing! The only reason they get a 3 for atmosphere is because it’s take out only and I don’t think the owner has ever smiled in her life! ¡La mejor comida alrededor!

We have been eating here for many, many years and tried everything on the menu. Never found anything we do not like. We drive 23 miles each way from Whitmore Lake once a week to get the best Mexican food in S. E. Michigan. Today we had the “Enchilada’s” and “Wet Burrito”. dinners. Momma Morales and the crew sure can cook!

Medina’s is amazing and always has been! They don’t get enough praise for the pricing on their food, so affordable, especially during these crazy times. Consistantly delicious food!! We had the mess chicken burrito and the carne asada taco special, each with a side of beans rice. Everything was sooo good!

I’ve been here at least, minimum, a dozen times over several years. I’ve had tacos, chimichanga and the wet burritos. Sometimes wonderful food, sometime ok, and a few times just bad. It’s just inconsistent. Keeps be from coming back at times for 6 months to a year. Staff has always been very friendly and place is clean! Big pluses in my book for a food stop. I do recommend to people, but I don’t rave like some of the other locals do based on my own experiences

Yeah, so.. I had high hopes as I have heard nothing but positive from locals about it since moving to the area, but.. this was not good. Maybe I have been spoiled having lived in metro Detroit where there are abundant Mexican food options. Regardless, I cannot recommend Medina’s solely based off of today’s experience as the food was terrible. I will have to find another source for good Mexican food somewhat locally.

I have lived here for seven years and finally decided to try this Mexican place. I have to say out of every place. I have been to this place ranks at the all-time low. I think you would be better off getting a crunch wrap from Taco Bell. At least the ground beef would be more seasoned. If you want a bunch of supplies from Gordon’s This is your place to eat literally when you walk in you will see they buy nothing but Gordon food supplies toppings, And the taste reflects it. Refried beans, better off in the trash. Spanish rice was actually really good, But more than likely from a packet. I said on the phone twice no onions on the wet burrito. After we hung up, I called up there again and specified no onions on the burrito. When we got home and started eating our food, guess what we found covered in the burrito, onions. I even tipped these clowns. Disrespectful and the food was disgusting. I would advise this business to close their doors or at least label it as something other than Mexican food..
