I was cruising down the street and unexpectedly saw this taco truck. It caught my interest, so I decided to turn around and give it a shot. I’m definitely glad that I did! I had an opportunity to try there “La Papa”, with carne asada. Their freshly hand made tortillas are really good as well! I got to talking to a customer, and she said that their birria ramen is really good! It’s located in the Knoll’s Market/liquor store parking lot and has very limited seating with one table, bit it’s all good. I’ll definitely come back.

I tried this place for the first time today and I can say that it’s the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. I ordered the wet carne asada burrito and the meat was seasoned perfectly, the beans were excellent, and everything was freash. I couldn’t stop eating it.
