I love the kiosks for ordering . They have lots of signs to explain the sauces and options. The heaping portions and freshness will make you leave happy .

Decent poke bar tucked right near Berkeley’s center of campus! It’s slightly hidden in a hallway, but is a small little place.
Good:
The ordering process is very streamlined! You use a paper form and mark off what you want. It’s great that you can get unlimited options for some things.
I found the portion sizes here great.
I liked the salmon and the spicy tuna poke the most, and appreciated the dry onions on top.
Bad:
The sauce is somewhat unevenly distributed, I couldn’t find the sauce on some sides and too much on others.
Overall enjoyed my experience!

A hidden gem just outside of the UC Berkeley campus! Fresh and delicious poke bowls. Order by filling out an order sheet and hand it to an employee. There are tons of options to choose from to create a unique bowl. Bowls are around ~$15 but you are certainly paying for the freshness and quality of the food!

I stopped by Poke Bar near the Berkeley campus for lunch and had an awesome experience! I used the Paper Form to order and build my own bowl, which was super easy and fun to customize. The tuna was incredibly fresh, like it was just caught that morning, and the portion sizes were generous—definitely worth the price. The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and the vibe was perfect for a quick, healthy meal between classes. Highly recommend!

Fish doesn’t seem frsh, rice is mushy and clumpy, imitation crab is just that, with no mayo, and the soy sauce on the side is…the dark one meant for chinese cooking ☹️

NOT allergen safe. Beware that if you have an issue with a delivery order, it’s impossible to get in touch with them for help. I specifically asked for no mayo, stating clearly that I have severe allergies to Eggs, Dairy, & Nuts. I did not order anything in my poke bowl that would, to my knowledge, contain mayonnaise. Yet 1/3 of my rice was soaked in some sort of mayonnaise sauce, and I ate a couple bites of it before realizing! Now, I’m having an allergic reaction to my food, and Poke Bar’s phone number is out of service so I can’t get help! I called a different location in my area, number disconnected. Finally a location in my state picked up and tried to help. Issue not resolved.

We ordered two small poke bowls. They were decent but pretty expensive ($18+) for a small bowl. At least it seemed pretty healthy.

I’ve enjoyed getting lunch here once a week for a few years. I was disappointed to see the arrival of touchscreen ordering recently, and even more disappointed to see it go to touchscreen only in tandem with higher prices today. The first time, I saw a customer spend several minutes making their order, nearly the entire time it took me to fill out a paper form and have my bowl prepared; a large line formed behind them. The second time, there was no paper option; the customer behind me gave up in frustration after a little while at the screen and left, and the staff could not even be bothered to call my name when my order was ready, resulting in yet another place with absolutely zero human interaction involved in the experience. This does not make me want to frequent any place. Please bring back the paper forms and consider lowering your prices; $20+ for a medium bowl is ridiculous.
