Today was nice and brisk after 12:00 PM. I went for a trek around the Wynnewood area to a bagel shop that makes Montreal-style bagels in a charcoal oven; Spread Bagelry. They were somewhat harder in texture and delicious. I had an egg everything bagel with lox schmear. Along the way, I took some pictures of beautifully landscaped homes. I walked 0.56 miles without stopping, a new record, then another 0.2 miles stretching my legs, and finally 0.34 miles to reach over a mile. Later, Rachel called to meet for lunch at Whole Foods, where she tried their plant-based burgers and I had sushi. After returning, I had walked 1.56 miles with great O2 levels at 98% and a heart rate of 87 BPM, and 6,405 steps. Now, I’m tired and ready for an afternoon nap. Check in with you all later. $4.50 for an unsweetened Pure Leaf iced tea at a bagel shop is absurd. This isn’t a specialty drink or something made in-house — it’s a mass-produced bottle you can buy almost anywhere for a fraction of that price. Charging near airport pricing in a neighborhood bagel store feels like a cash grab. Food was fine, but pricing like this leaves a bad taste.

Quiet bagel place with a wide variety of bagel and cream cheese flavors. My sister and I came here for a quick breakfast on Saturday morning and the place was relatively empty.
My sister enjoyed her onion bagel with scallion cream cheese. My rosemary and olive oil bagel was rock hard and when I made the complaint after taking one bite, the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. She immediately switched out my bagel with a plain one that was fresh out of the oven.
The bagels are quite small in size and pricing was steep for what you get ($5.75 each for a bagel and scallion cream cheese) but the food tasted fine once I got mine replaced.
All in all, I would not frequent this restaurant, but I would stop by on occasion whenever I felt like a quick bagel.

Bagel itself was good, but prices are steep and I’m not sure if the value is worth it. $5.75 for a bagel with scallion cream cheese ($1.25 more compared to regular cream cheese). I was disappointed to see the schmear only on one side given the steep premium on cream cheese generally (+ extra for the scallions). One slice of tomato was an additional $.75.
I don’t mind paying these prices if I feel the value for what you get is shown in the amount of product, but with this Spread experience I did not feel like the value met the price. Bagel itself was very good (though didn’t seem toasted like I asked for). I may be back to see if these value issues work themselves out as they get more settled since this location is very new.

Delicious bagels! Avocado toast was excellent, will definitely come back. The staff treated me like family! The cashier received me with a huge smile!! Edgar, the supervisor was also very welcoming, has excellent communication and very nice young man.

Some Spread locations are inconsistent a little hit or miss but I have to say I had a phenomenal experience here this past week. I came in around 9 AM. They were busy and I did not order ahead. I placed my order, it came out within 5-10 minutes, bagel was perfectly toasted, ingredients were fresh – it was a phenomenal sandwich. They also have rival brother’s coffee now which is a huge plus. I will be returning.

Chad and Ben – the Chefs of the place, always make sure that each order is made with love. Their philosophy of spending the love with each bagel extends to every person and order made. Creative bagel sandwiches are available and reasonably priced for the high quality ingredients that go into the meal. Drinks are tasty and cream cheese can be bought individually! Def coming back
