Their food is scrumptious, particularly their grilled chicken salad, and my daughter is in love with their American burger. Despite being a bit occupied today, I was able to receive my food on time. The customer service at this restaurant is top-notch, pleasant, and spotless. I was surprised to see a bathroom that is both nice and clean.
I highly endorse this restaurant.

America’s Best Wings truly lives up to its name! The food is absolutely amazing — always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Whether it’s the wings, fish, or fries, everything is consistently delicious. You can really tell they take pride in the quality of their ingredients and preparation.

first time trying this place today and i’ve worked right next to them for about 6 months now… man was i missing out! the honey lemon pepper boneless wings and pink lemonade were my favoriteeee!!! And they’re all very friendly people there! The sweet cashier even offered to walk my order over to me at my job right next to their restaurant (because i was just sitting waiting for my order) – just very nice!! Thank yall!! Skye 🙂

Hands down the absolute best food in Fredericksburg. The owner is welcoming and very friendly to the customers. Mambo sauce freshly made daily and is truly delicious. Wings are meaty and tasty, steak and cheese subs are amazing. Environment is relaxing and welcoming. I highly recommended this spot.

1st time here and overall my experience was average. I went mid week mid-day, gentleman took my order and cooked it. Customer service was decent; food came out promptly.
Ordered a steak & cheese no combo. Flavor was good but they use ground beef instead of steak and I found fries in the sandwich although I didn’t order any, not even as a side, which threw moff a bit. I would have chopped it up as an accidental addition if there weren’t several through out the sandwich. In addition, bread was soggy which made it difficult to keep everything together while eating.
Overall, I won’t be reordering the “steak” & cheese but I am willing to give the place a second shot based on the customer service.

Very fresh and made to order food. I I like the Philly sandwich and wings and fries. When it comes to the wings they are good and are nice size compared to other wing places. However other wing places may have a slightly better flavor. I do feel like you get your best bang for your buck here.

Don’t expect much here in the way of ambience. This spot is straight carry out to the bone. There are no tables, just three high chairs and a ledge to rest your elbow while you wait for your food.
I passed through on a Wednesday night at around 8. I felt like I waited forever for my food and should have rolled through the Food Lion in the meantime, but now I know for the future. For 17.99, you can grab a burge4, drink, fries, and 6 wings… a respectable combo.
I wasn’t a fan of the sweet tea. There’s something off with the tea to sugar ratio, or it might be the brand of tea. I wouldn’t get it again. Gold Peak Zero is better, which shouldn’t be the case when you are cooling with real sugar.
The burger and toppings were actually quite good coming off the flat iron. However, they need to upgrade the buns, which, while soft, are straight from the lowest denominator. They’d be better off using Potato Buns or Peppridge Farm. This choice could shoot them from average to great. While soft, the bun is so basic in flavor that I felt that it actually took away from the burger.
The fries were acceptable, and I actually was a fan of the wings and would return for more. It took me back to my college days in DC ordering the 20 piece for 19.99 with two packs of fries and 2 large half and half’s. IYKYK.
I ordered the honey moon dust. The honey made them slightly sweet. I asked what the moon dust consisted of, and the cashier said, “Many spices.” I asked him again, “What spices? ” and he said “many different spices” with a smile. They didn’t get me buzzed or anything, so I guess it’s OK with whatever they are using. I gotta say it really is great when people who work at an establishment can actually explain the procedures for cooking and the ingredients used when making their dishes. Folks who can do that usually are dancing to get a 5 Stat review.
I’ll reiterate that the wings were the best part of the combo. I would return to try some of their other varieties. The ranch that I got with them was quite basic. I think they are using ranch dressing, which isn’t the same as ranch dipping soft.
I’d recommend a visit.

This place is my first choice when I’m in the mood for wings. The thai chili sauce is the perfect combination of spicy but sweet. The prices are reasonable, the menu is expansive, service is efficient, and the staff is courteous. I have recommended this place to a coworker and they raved about it as well.

Customer service is abysmal, when I arrived all the workers were in the back and i wait basically 5 plus minutes to be served. They told me the food would be ready in 10-15 minutes just to find out they didn’t even make my fries with my combo meal. If you wanna go to another Americas best wings go to the one on Richmond hwy.
