Manger David IS THE WORST MANAGER EVER!!! HE does not know customer service. Was told he would talk to me and avoided me the whole time. He needs to either step down or go get training on customer service. Our order was missed did not get put in. Two other customers ordered around the same time they got there’s when I was standing there. I was told by one associate I will ask the manager to expedite it . However I stood they’re has he finished the one he was making a made another one before he put mine in. Then 3 associates gathered around him talking!!! Customers come first ?? Not at his restaurant….

Waited almost 2 hrs for delivery from the Ireland Road, South Bend store that is no more than 15 mins from my home. I was standing at the door when the Domino’s delivery driver arrived. They sat in front of my house for over 5 minutes with flashers on, never left my pizza and drove away. When called store to inquire they indicated he couldn’t find house and cancelled my order. Shame on you Mgr. David and your delivery driver. Terrible customer service.

I ordered at 6:00 pm and it came at almost 7:40. I ordered 4 things, and found that they had forgotten an entire medium pizza. It’s Saturday night and 8:00, and they must have closed because they will not answer the phone despite calling several times. The apple dip was almost empty when it came. As expensive as they are, I expected way more from them. Very unhappy, and the family has no pizza for dinner.
Update: The next night they remade the order and delivered it at no charge. It was fresh and well made.

We ordered 3 pizzas to take to have dinner with family this evening and they were outstanding! 2 stuffed crust – one pepperoni and one chicken bacon bbq, and an xl thin crust supreme. There was a 1/2 price coupon in effect so it was a tremendous value. Super fast, too! We all agreed we would get the exact same order next time. Good job, Domino’s

I ordered a pizza to my home and the pizza was cold with hard sausages and ground beef. My chicken was half done and they didn’t bring my soda. I called the store on Lincolnway West South Bend, IN only to be hung up on by the manager and an employee. I had my mom call just to lighten the load, they hung up on her too and she’s in a nursing home. I will never eat their food again.

BEWARE using my card on the app! They charged my account 3 times for $55, and the store never got the order. Then, after calling the store, the young lady and driver took my card info, and it didn’t go through. I got bank notifications that my card was charged three more times for $30 each! This happened 11 times! Bank is closed, and I’m home sick. Be careful when paying by card! Sent a friend to pick up the order and pay cash, and we got cold pizza.
The lady was patient when ordering my order because I was sick and coughing. So I appreciate that.

Online said somebody was making my order. I get there 30 minutes later my food wasn’t even attempted to be made. I usually have great service here not sure what happened but fix it now!! Had to get my money back because I can’t wait another 10 minutes on my lunch break Lots of ppl waiting for orders also.

Ordered a thin crust pizza and the crust tasted like you were eating the cardboard box. The toppings were burnt so you can tell it was overcooked. I called the store to let them know and all they had to say was “Okay” without any additional questions about the order or offer to make it right. The call was answered by an employee and will probably not even be relayed to the manager of the store. I will never order another pizza from there
