Warning… very long post!
It took me a few days to really get my feelings into the appropriate words for this experience. I want to start with the energy upon entering the restaurant. Everyone smiling and happy especially the staff. It was amazing to witness all the joy as I sat back and watched the interactions. Our waitress Ally was a complete joy and pleasure to be around. One could really tell that there was true passion to serve here. All the staff were kind, accommodating and responsive to guests. Guests were seeking out their servers to say goodbye as they were leaving….with extra tips a smile and a hug. Beautiful service. ❤️ Bravo team!
A wonderful team is built with amazing management. Sebastian, was running around helping where he could and interacting with guests. Building them up with lots of encouragement like “great job team!” My heart loved this so much for them. One could really tell that this team is appreciated and cared for not just a body or a number.
The food….oh my goodness the food. Well seasoned and delicious. The house made chips and french onion dip….wowzers!!! The burger I requested was juicy and flavorful. The mac with tajin shrimp definitely hit the spot. We tried the warm chocolate torte for dessert and it literally melted in our mouths. Melted. Show stopper.
All around this experience was so amazing and well worth every penny. Take some time to go check them out. You will not be disappointed.

I popped in without a reservation. We were quickly seated. My patty melt was outstanding. I chose to upgrade to the sweet potato fries and didn’t regret it. They were perfectly crispy. We also got the double barrel, which was good, but not at memorable as my patty melt. I also want to note their fries come with homemade ketchup up which is noticeably delicious. The homemade pickles with both burgers were also a fabulous touch.

Start with great service from alicia. First time as we visit mayo and she was kind, upbeat and patient. There arent alot of options but the food was delicious. You gotta try the sticky wings. I got the mediteranean bowl and my husband got the 60/40 burger and both were good. We got a bottle of wine that didnt break the bank. I can say it is a much try and much thank you on such a difficult night.

Food here is amazing. I went back to back days with my family. First day Destiny was my server. She was very nice even was understanding and apologetic when my order was wrong. The next day I had Jackson. He was great very attentive and friendly. Overall I had a great experience!

I eat out a lot so normally I’m not bothered by salt but that smash burger was so salty I struggled to finish it. In fact I didn’t finish it. Then the fries were just as salty. I spent more time trying to wipe it off to eat it than actually eating. My hands and plate were just covered in salt. Naturally it’s difficult to photograph but I tried to add a few photos. I did notice another review saying the same thing. I was hopeful this was an old issue but apparently not.

Alanah was my server and bartender. A 2-year veteran of the Cow! She was / is excellent!!
The entirety of the ambiance was fantastic. Milkshakes? Wonderful. The cubana sandwich, fantastic! You’ve got to get their coleslaw, it is some of the best I’ve ever had. They had my favorite Jack Daniel’s, and some Coors. And brunch will give you a fantastic cinnamon apple French donut. It’s in the Berkman hotel which is top of the class! If you need some place to stay, this is the spot, good food, excellent facilities, and a very welcoming staff. You can’t go wrong!

The burgers are great. Every burger we try is tasty and packed with flavor. Our waiter Jackson was also very friendly and made our experience more pleasant. He recommended the chicken lettuce wraps and the burgers we ordered. Must try their sweet potato truffle Parmesan fries!
