Really good customer service experience. I think they hire some students so it can be rough when its a lunch rush with 30 students un line but the manager is great here, she will resolve any issues and try her best to bust out the orders asap! It is in the WSU student union building so getting here is a bit difficult

Waited for an hour just to get the worst tasting Panda I’ve ever had. I was given a free drink as consolation, but the machine was out of order. Terrible.

[FOR DOORDASH DRIVERS]

This is virtually the only restaurant (sometimes jimmy John’s) in town that does not pour drinks and expects drivers to pour the drinks. I tried explaining to the manager Sebastian that drivers are not allowed to process the food or drink in anyway and as a driver we’re only allowed to pick up and deliver the order and that it’s also a health code violation. He didn’t want to hear any of it and said he’s blocking me from picking up. I urge every driver to first look into this yourself and call DoorDash and you’ll find out you’re not supposed to fill the drink up and panda is supposed to. As a driver I wouldn’t say anything unless you also want them to block you but to refund the customer their drink and leave the cup on their counter and hopefully panda and the manager Sebastian will get the clue. I already reported them to DoorDash and in contact with corporate to get this fixed. DONT FILL THE DRINKS AS A DRIVER ITS A BREACH OF CONTRACT.

(They seemed to have fixed the problem and now pour the drinks)

I’ve gotten food here a few times and wanted to make sure that it wasn’t just a one-off before I posted a review. It’s unfortunately not.

First off, I ordered doordash because the parking is so horrendous, I would rather pay a dasher an extra $10 then park and walk up the hill. It’s still cheaper than the parking ticket you could potentially get if you don’t have a parking pass.

When I got my food, the coke that I ordered was diet. I have an intolerance to one of the chemicals found in all things diet and get massive headaches, so there was $3 wasted.

The cream cheese rangoons that I got were cooked in filthy, dirty, fryer oil. You can see it on the rangoon itself and it tasted like it too.

The bowl that I got was on the skimpy side compared to what I normally get at any other Panda and my honey walnut shrimp was so overcooked that the shrimp was coming out of the breading and there was no flavor. I will just say screw it and go to the Moscow store from now on.

They quit cooking food so early that you can’t get there two hours before they close and they’re already out of stuff and they won’t re-cook it. They’re open till five. I got there at 3:30. They were out of half their stuff and would not cook more.

I can’t really ever say anything bad about the restaurants in this franchise. The staff is almost always friendly and the food is consistently good, although I can’t say that I ever try a lot of it. I always get my favorites (half and half, with all entrées as orange chicken) so I don’t know what the rest of the food is like but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was just as good as everything else. The stores are always very clean and they have a very fitting atmosphere. I really love this franchise.

Clean and light floor. Dinning environment is very comfortable with tables and chairs provided. Employees are pretty nice and friendly. Check out speed is very fast. Credit cards accepted. Price is not bad. Foods tasted not bad as well. Couple dinning options available. Public restrooms available nearby.

This one girl wearing all black who looks SO angry never fills up the food enough. And she looks so angry I don’t feel comfortable asking for more, for fear of getting yelled at. Most of the workers are fine but this one worker ruins the entire thing.

Food’s fine, but their card reader keeps rejecting Google Pay, I’ve had to run back to my office to grab my wallet twice now. Haven’t had that problem with any other restaurants in the Cub. Guess it’s on me to remember that I can’t eat here if I don’t have my wallet on me (and why would I if I can pay for anything else with my phone).
