Pizza was undercooked, doughy, and soggy, with barely any toppings, easily 70% crust on a supposed 1-topping pepperoni. Not even cut thoroughly.
On top of that, while waiting for pickup I overheard staff openly talking down about customers who don’t tip on pickup orders, with one older bald guy in a Towson sweater saying they “have a word” for those customers. That’s unprofessional and off-putting.
Bad food, worse attitude. Won’t be back.

Wow… first delivery attempt they delivered a two medium pizza deal. The first pizza had incorrect toppings (they substituted pineapple for pepperoni). Both pizzas should had been original crust, but were delivered with some version of a much, much thinner crust. The sauce and toppings stopped well short of the edges, and only about 50% of each pizza was covered with cheese, leaving huge areas of sauce-stained crust left to bake bare and bubble up in the oven.
Called the store to report the pineapple vs. pepperoni issue. They were friendly and promised to deliver a replacement in about 20 mins. (The store is only about 0.25 miles from my home) The replacement arrived about 90 minutes later and was almost completely cold. Again, it had barely any cheese, VERY few slices of pepperoni, and was made with another paper-thin crust (and yes, the label on the box plainly states “original” for the crust). Definitely not happy. I’m not sure what changed since I last ordered from here about a year ago, but the difference in quality is striking.

Ordered Papa John’s for delivery. Delivered through Door Dash and it came relatively quickly.
For tonight we ordered 1 large thin crust pizza (half cheese, half pepperoni, spicy italian sausage and green peppers), 10 buffalo boneless wings, 10 boneless wings and chocolate brownies. I love the new containers that the boneless wings came in. Ensures that my dipping sauce is not forgotten. Brownies are always a hit!
Good meal, especially not having to cook.

This is a very chaotic restaurant. I pre-ordered a pizza, and the app said it was ready to pick up 30 minutes later. However, when I arrived, I was told the system was third-party software and the pizza was still baking. I waited another 30 minutes, only to be told the pizza hadn’t even started being made yet. I had no choice but to ask for a refund. Please don’t order from this restaurant unless you have a lot of wasted time.

Enjoyed hot, fresh pizza from the Clarksburg location. I’ve been ordering pizza from this location for the past seven years and have never been disappointed with the food. I took off one star because the delivery drivers sometimes ignore that we prefer no contact delivery!

Manager and staff came through in the clutch when I submitted a plan ahead order online for 4 pizzas. I accidentally submitted the order for delivery and hour after it was needed and only realized it when the intended consumers arrived and needed to be fed (at 4:45 on Friday night)! I called the store, and the manager fired up the pizzas and had them ready within minutes (I assume either they have some kind of Time Machine, a great pizza oven, great staff, a very accommodating manager, or a combination of all). I was not a Papa John’s fan before, but after this amazing service, I’ll be coming back to this location at least. Thanks for bailing me out!

Paps John’s pizza is tasty but this location continues to state the pick up order is ready when it takes another 10 minutes. Crazy thing is I don’t care if it takes 45 minutes to make my order; just don’t tell me it’s ready in 20 minutes and have me wait another 15.
