Lonnie was great! I was using the self kiosk and she offered to take my order at the counter. She greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant. Her customer service far exceeded my expectations. After taking my order, she prepared my food while at the same time managing the drive-thru. This remarkable lady was able to do the job of three people and do it efficiently. Great job!

It’s always hot it’s always fresh burritos and tacos are loaded with protein cheese I’ve not felt jipped at this Taco Bell ever.
the service is always good it’s fast there’s no long lines they get you in and out. No one has rolled eyes at me or something rude for any reason whatsoever. Theyre personable.
Breakfast and lunch starts at 9:00 a.m. you can get tacos burritos the entire menu starting at 9 a.m.

Order was all wrong can’t even eat the chalupa cause it had tomatoes on it which I asked them to remove the tomatoes light lettuce they did everything the opposite then when I called her to speak with the manager, I was placed on hold for 30 minutes eventually I hung up I tried to call back busy signal, which means they intended to leave me on hold Like who is running this place who is managing this place? I know if I was the manager, my employees would not be embarrassed to me like this did not get the sauce I paid the $.20 for them. They didn’t have Gatorade so I substitute it with sweet tea. I get breakfast nearly everyday at this location as I work at the food lion right next door and I have to say LONNIE I believe she said her name is, is AWESOME! She always makes sure my coffee is made well, she always is very friendly and if there’s ever an issue she’s quick to let me know what’s going on.
Every time she has worked she has made sure has an awesome experience and she deserves praise! Give that girl a raise @TacoBell! Thanks Lonnie!

Ordered a nacho bell grande with no beans or tomato’s for my brother with autism and this is what I received. They put NO meat on these nachos. We pay more for a product but look at the quality of the product. Disgusted is an understatement. I’m definitely calling corporate and making this a BIG issue.

Evertime I go here. I get the crunch wrap thinking it will improve. But I ask for extra meat because they don’t ever give me any meat on my crunch wrap. So I order extra. But I end up getting no meat. This is ridiculous. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Brand new place and this is how they treat their customers.

Inside of the store, there was trash cups and uneaten food on the table, and most of the tables were dirty and not clean. The staff was just standing around paying attention to the order I have placed on the kiosk and after waiting for five minutes of being on their phone and talking and scrolling through social media talking about other gossip, they realize that I placed an order and finally made it. Some staff didn’t have gloves and working while looking at their phone.
