I used to love this Dunkin, but this year the staff is not it. I have been laughed at and felt judged and made fun of when going through the drive-through just because I have a certain order. This Duncan is completely unprofessional and the staff has terrible customer service. Along with charging extra for things NO OTHER DUNKIN DOES!! In my opinion, a drink should be made to look how it’s marketed and a customer should not have to ask for it to be made that way nor charged for it. Save your time and go somewhere else or go to the Dunkin off the island. They are amazing!!

If you want coffee after dinner this is not the place to go. They are suppose to close at 8;00 pm but they close whenever they want so they can get out early. Went several times on our vacation here and the young lady was very cocky when I asked why they had nothing other then hot coffee or hot tea at 7:00. She said I should be more understanding because they need to clean up and don’t want to stay after hours to do it. They still had another hour to go.then she preceded to tell me there is always McDonald’s next door and shut the window while I was driving away and gave me the finger. Another night they were closed at 6:30. The next night they were closed at 7:40. Go to Wawa and save yourself the aggravation .

Terrible attitude from the young woman at the register. They ran out of donuts and I wanted a return bc their mobile ordering doesn’t align with their inventory. She became rude and condescending when she couldn’t scan my original mobile app payment for the return as if it was my fault. She then demanded the original physical card payment even though I have only paid dunkin through the app for years. I eventually just used an Amex card from my phone’s digital wallet. Apparently I could have just received a return from any type of card physical or digital. I lost minutes of my life.

The employees here are very friendly! There is one in particular I’d like to shine a spotlight on. She is a young lady named Lena, with gorgeous curly hair, usually in a ponytail or two, who is always super sweet and gives great suggestions. She knows what she is doing at Dunkin Donuts! She needs a huge bonus and a raise. Keep up the great work and thank you for serving the community with a smile!

Hands down worst dunkin I’ve been to. Keep stopping because of location, but I still dont think out of at least 20 visits in the past month they have gotten a single one of my orders correct. Coffee is always old, has grinds, tastes bad, Always receive attitude from the staff, and as I previously stated, have not made one of my orders correctly. I don’t recommend stopping here for even the simplest of orders. It simply isn’t worth it.
